Had my 01’ Chevy 2500hd here for a Power steering box swap. They stripped my negative battery terminal and left the ground to battery loose on the bolt to block. Small things like this are what makes a good mechanic shop from some hillbilly turning wrenches
Will never use them again
Was worried about a burning smell coming from the engine as I was coming down through the mountains. Was worried that I had messed my brakes up and was too far away from civilisation to get help. The guy who answered the phone was very reassuring, he calmed me down and explained in detail what was causing the smell. Told me that my car was fine to drive home, I just needed to take it easy on my brakes, stop often, and possibly get them checked at the end of my trip. I loved that he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone without me having to take time out of my drive to stop in. Thank you!!
Great customer service. I called from out of town to get tires for my daughter who is attending Brevard College. Billy was helpful, informative and patient on the phone. He ordered tires, took payment and gave me all the details needed for my daughter. Thank you for making a long distance purchase easy!
I was on vacation with my family when I discovered that my front tires were in terrible shape — they took a beating on the mountain switchbacks. I called Brevard Tire & Auto and they ordered two new tires immediately. I dropped off my van the next morning, and they had the tires changed within 90 minutes. The price was terrific, especially given their superb customer service. Fast, friendly & fair — a great shop!
This place is great. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Good, honest service. Gave me an appointment for 3 days from when I called. One of the only places in Brevard that is able to do a front end alignment properly.
When I moved last year to the area and needed a place for service for my car, this was the place I was told to try!! So glad I did!! I go there for all my services needed! Billy and the others are always friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices that is great!!

These guys don't run a business, they run a hobby. The truly care about you and your vehicle as they want you to know everything that was wronged, was fixed, and how to properly maintain the car when it's back in your care. Neither my car and I were not in great condition and these gentleman significantly improved my day.
