Friday night is karaoke night. The food was really good and the service was good as well, especially since there were only two servers. The wings and loaded fries were delicious. The wings are truly jumbo wings and they have several good sauces. I'll definitely be back!!
I've been to the newly owned Brennan's a few times...once for a birthday gathering....that visit was great...the first time was on a Friday Karaoke night...it was packed so I was cool with the wait....tonight was a different story...it wasn't that packed and once we walked in and seated ourselves...we were never acknowledged by any staff member...my husband eventually asked a waitress for a menu...she appeared annoyed that she was asked but did give him a menu...she never or anyone else for that matter never came to take our order...we left. I hope the customer service improves.
Great place for groups! I enjoyed this spacious location. Our server/waiter was awesome. She was fast, very nice and checked on us often. We sat in an area where we could smoke cigars, drink and eat.
It was a large space so we were not near anyone.
I did eat some fries which were good but I didn't get to try anything else on this visit. Fun place for groups. There was a gambling/horse racing area with plenty of screens to watch. I don't know much about horse racing but the area was nice for those that do.
I definitely will be back. Enjoyed the vibe here.
We went in Friday night at 7, hoping for fish since everyone else was sold out. It wasn't my first choice, since when we went last year, my fish was so overcooked I couldn't eat it (the first time) and almost as overcooked the second, but bad all the same. I heard they had a new owner, so we gave them another shot. The place was almost empty. The restaurant was clean and the music wasn't too loud. Our server was really nice and attentive, and our food was served fast. We both got cod dinners with 2 sides. Fish was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. We'll be going back.
It is the traditional sports bar with ab emphasis on Good food, great service. The owner came over welcomed us offered a free sample of chicken, we ordered the fish it was probably the 3rd best fish I've ever eaten.. He was opened to our suggestions of sweet potatoes ???? fries ????.. I think ???? they have darts in the Back.. very spacious and he said they might be opening patio dining..

Once finding out that Brennans Bar and Grill was under new management we were anxious to support. Unfortunately, it was the worst decision we have made this year. Oddly the issue is Keith Williams the new owner. Easily the rudest owner I have ever had the displeasure of crossing paths with. It was not crowded, we waited 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. Once our other two friends arrived Keith knew them and then came to the table to converse with them and not us the two that were there originally. We try to support our own and with the money and influence we have we can easily go West but decided to make the mistake and show support to this horrible environment. Not only was service piss poor the food and parking is trash!!!
The food used to be really good here. The potato skins are my favorite and they have been undercooked the last two times. My friends and I have told them about it several times and they're still undercooked. We would go there for the burgers too and now they have changed too. Been going there for 15 years. So we're gonna give it another try.
Disappointed in managers behavior towards his employees. Dirty restaurant, molded fries on the floor. Food was dried and tasted refried and over done. Music was so loud. Please do better!
