The place changed since the last time I went. It is sit-down service now. I tried something new for me - chili verde omelette. I've never had this in my life, I don't like spicy, but this was good. I think other people would say it was great but it was my first time so I'm not sure - it was good to me though. The hazelnut latte I ordered was absolutely delicious though!! I'll be back to try more!
The customer service and the food here is next level! They treat you with such kindness and the food here is obviously made with LOVE. Melanie & Cindy provide the very best customer service. The price you pay for is quality ingredients and quality chefs. The sauces that they have are all made to order and are also amazing. I always eat my food too fast to take a picture but try the steak salad if you get a chance! You will not regret your visit here.
Nice atmosphere, clean, friendily staff. There menu has good variety with some hispanic homage. We had the multi berry cheesecake, tres leches french toast, and the chili verde burrito. They were all plated well, and prepared with care. Can't wait to come back to try other items on menu.
We had a Country Boy burrito and it was delicious and filling. Totally worth the price ! Also had a Turkey Avocado Toast with fruit and the ingredients were super fresh. The owner was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend !
Bread and Honey is a hidden gem in Bakersfield! The quality of food and pastries at this restaurant are that of a high end restaurant in LA! We love coming to this location, for not only breakfast but lunch and dinner as well! Their pastries and cakes are amazing! So happy to see a local restaurant in Bakersfield that thrives! They consistently provide wonderful food and service! We love bread and honey and know you will too!
The service was excellent. Food tasted amazing. Classic Mexican taste with crispy tortilla chips and delicious flavor.
Our waitress was very welcoming and sat us right away! The atmosphere is so chill and cozy! I ordered the turkey pesto sandwich and an iced hazelnut latte and they were both very good! I would recommend this place to my friends:)
Always a great time having breakfast and coffee at Bread and Honey. Besides food, it is amazing to see locals recognise and appreciate the place adding a nice and welcoming ambience altogether.
