We’ve been ordering from Bravos since they opened. We’ve ordered countless items and this is the first time I’ve felt the food was so bad that I needed to say something. We’ve had several times that we needed to call and complain to them, in the past couple years and they’ve always been good about getting us a credit to use the next time. The food is NOTHING like it used to be. Tonight we had eggplant and chicken parmesan and it was tasteless and warm at best. You used to get it and it was drowning in red sauce that was so hot it would melt the plastic fork. Today we struggled to find sauce, not to mention that when you cut it the cheese held its shape because it was cold. Lastly, they always have a nice warm loaf of bread with the order. We got two loaves of “croutons” tonight. As I attempted to pull the slices apart and put some butter on it, to soften it up, it just crumbles to pieces. This is sad to see since the original owner worked so hard to create a good name and I hope that they will do better in the future. The o Lu reason this gets two stars is because the delivery driver was very friendly. For now, we will go elsewhere.
Definitely a 5 star experience. Probably the nicest guys I’ve ever met who work here. The owner and his son went way out of their way to make our dining experience wonderful! Best pizza I’ve had in awhile!!!
Bravo's used to be great. I think the management changed a few years ago. It suddenly got really bad all around. The food isn't good. The service is bad. The owner is abrasive and rude. More recently the location changed. I've ordered from them recently to see if it has improved. It hasn't. Don't waste your money here. You're better off with a frozen pizza.
Dale and the crew were very hospitable and delivered excellent food for a great $$. The portions were so large, I'll have lunch tomorrow!

Update: The specialty hamburgers were awesome!
The spicy chicken wings were very juicy, soup was hearty, and the pizza had crispy crust and toppings were plentiful. Very reasonable prices. Their bar was clean and had three TV's showing sports. I did not sit in the dining area, but it looked relaxing and the staff was very sweet. I will definitely be eating there in the future.
I've been going here since they first opened when I was a child. I haven't ordered in a while because it's been going downhill for the past few years. And tonight I realized again why I never order from here. Ordered a large pizza and chicken strips. Pizza was barely warm, chicken strips tasted as if they were microwaved, the bbq sauce used to be my favorite but it was chunky and tasteless. Along with the rest of the food was also tasteless and bland. I do not recommend going to this location. The newer owners have completely ruined bravos name. They should be embarrassed about the food they are sending out.
I guess it’s the norm for their employees to harass DoorDash drivers. ????Following us out yelling at us because we didn’t bring in a door dash bag. It’s already been reported to DoorDash I hope they get dropped as a customer. The guy kept yelling “YOURE BANNED” ???? Then what happened.?! Cause the other DoorDasher you screamed at says otherwise too. ???????? Chump

Funny how this guy just denies and gets mad every time there is a bad review. He says “contact us before writing a [truthful] review.” Of course this means call them so he can make up excuses and blame the customer.
It’s funny cause they moved buildings, likely to save on rent $, and he still drives a Tesla with all the money made from milking the former good name of the business he bought. Also kinda funny that the star rating is now 3.6, the same as the subway next door. Like how can you wake up knowing ur business is comparable to a subway.
To the owner: Go ahead and call me btw. I’d love to tell you how your food sucks.
