Well had a 7:30pm reservation, got a table at 8:00pm, drinks came at 8:30 and food at 8:50pm. Yes they were busy it was the day before Mother's Day. Lots of large groups. But I think they get too busy with take out orders and can't keep up with the dine in guests. I ordered chicken parm, it was ok, but not much sauce or cheese, kinda of rip off for $24. They ran out of cups, so we got Styrofoam cups. Asked for ketchup and got packets, lol! I felt bad for our waitress, knowing it's not really her fault, and still left a 25% tip. It is a nice atmosphere. Not the first time for slow service either, my wife a daughter visited for lunch before and said it was very slow.
Our server, Angela, was fantastic! Great service, very personable, friendly, and gave great menu suggestions. The food was delicious! I had the grilled salmon salad, and my husband had the chicken caprese salad.
Ate here for the first time tonight and it was incredible. The bread was the best I've ever had. We got meatballs & flatbread for starters and they were so amazing. We also ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs, Lasagna, and Alfredo. They all tasted amazing. We loved the sauces, and meatballs especially. Overall we had an amazing meal and we got really great service so we will definitely be coming back.
We where there on 5/24/24 with my family for dinner. We we served by the kind and loving spirited Angela C! I had the sirloin stake, mashed potatoes, and asparagus I asked for medium well done. While I was eating Angela saw my steak was to red to have been medium well done she told me she was going to stake my plate and show the cook. My asparagus was burnt a bit as well. When me and my family were conversing with a good tone of voice I noticed in front of me a woman was pointing at me and whispering something to her spouse who was sitting in front of her in a booth. The spouse then looked directly at me and then whispered something back to his spouse. There was no one behind (there was a curtain behind me) or beside on the left sitting. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere for that reason. I was given my dinner it was really good! plus to compénsate for the delay we were given free cake slices from Angela she made the experience better 10/10 for Angela C!
I was very impressed with this place! It was my first time in and it was very beautiful. I really liked that you could see the kitchen. There was only one chef Roy and he was working hard. Even though he was by himself he did not take away from the quality of food. I was definitely impressed with how he handled himself with the play being moderately busy. Barb our server was also pretty amazing. She had a great routine with her tables and didn’t make us wait for drink. Barb even helped mom pack her to go box! Definitely glad we stopped!
Angela was AMAZING! She had the best recommendations and her attitude was spectacular. She was extremely sweet and knew the restaurant’s food and menu very well. She immediately made you feel welcome and was very kind. I enjoyed my experience very much!
My 2 friends and I went on a "girls trip" for the weekend and had dinner at Bravo and Barb was our waitress. Barb was a wonderful waitress. We liked her so much that we got a picture with her before we left. She was so accommodating to all of our requests for our meals. Our meals were delicious. I would definitely love to eat there again and would recommend Bravo to anyone. We all had a great time.
Service was so slow. Ordered pork chops. Comes with mashed potato ( which they were out of) and green beans. Waitress came back and told me no mash potatoes. Replace with macaroni & cheese. Which I didn’t get till the very end of my meal, after asking for it twice. My green beans and pork chops were cold. I ate part of one chop, but it was kinda bloody. Brought my other one home to finish cooking. Finally got my macaroni and cheese and took a bite of a SALT SHAKER. Couldn’t eat it. They forgot my granddaughter’s meatballs. Finally brought them, but she was finished with spaghetti.
My grandsons chicken fingers were good. He ate them. The bread was good.
Waitress said she would give me 20% off my check, but she must have forgotten. I still left her a tip.
I was so disappointed.
