So early today my friend ordered some breakfast and he found a DEAD fly on his plate. He brought it to the front and he was offered the chance to have it made again or have a refund. That was nice of them so he chose to have it done again but before they started, he actually changed his mind and asked for a refund. He was disgusted at this point and so was I and my other friend who saw the fly. My other friend was eating his food carefully to avoid finding a fly in his food. The drink was not refunded but they later brought a refund back for the drink while my other friend was finishing his food. I was not eating just hanging out with them, otherwise I would have checked my food for flies too. Our main issue was that the lady who brought the money for the drink claimed that the fly could not have been from their restaurant. That was so rude to say because maybe she implied my friend put it there? The fly was dead so it came from there obviously. When we were heading out, guess what? We found a live fly on the glass of the door from the inside of the store. So yes it did come from the kitchen. That's gross to think they have dead flies back there maybe even dust and who knows what. Not going back there for the lady claiming it could not have come from there but at least they refunded my friend. I took pictures of the food and a picture of the fly on the way out. It's hard to see but it's the black dot in the center of the glass. We all three saw it clearly in person.
San Francisco Burger was delicious, although noticeably smaller than last time I ate here. Service, however, was great.
Anytime of day you can count on the quality of the food here. They are a bit expensive but I go bc the food is good quality. I like the service and the friendliness of the the employees too. That really matters. And I tip them for the excellent service I receive.
We walked in and there were 3 employees, none of them acknowledged us that was a little disappointed, but the cashier was very nice and informative. The place was empty, but most of the tables were dirty. The food was delicious and good for the price, that I enjoyed very much!!!!
I would have liked the 4 or maybe 5 slices of bacon to be throughout the Burrito. I shall never return to this establishment. Thank you for your time and consideration, good day to you all.

Every time I dine here the service has always been fast and pleasant. Always make sure I have everything I need. Not too good for burritos lacking taste but hamburgers are all good breakfast is usually good as well.
Bravo burgers was an excellent place to eat. They were quick food was delicious and it was excellent all the way around.
I give this a 5 star and would advise anybody in the neighborhood to stop in. Thank you, Bravo. burgers.
Bravo Burgers has the best burgers and fries around! Their burgers are juicy and tasty, with yummy patties and soft buns. And their fries? They’re crispy and delicious. If you want a simple, yummy meal, Bravo Burgers is the place to go!
