Really good Braum’s tonight. The burgers were cooked well, as usual, and the fries were hot and crispy. The cherry limeade was delicious. Everything was great, including the service. Nothing was messed up for my order, which is always nice.
Braums is my favorite burger choice for in and out eating. Consistently good. Nothing fancy, just good. I usually get the #1 combo and trade out the drink for a shake.
Shift manager Kathy needs some training. On a busy lunch hour, she yelled from the kitchen towards an employee at the grocery area. She was so load that everyone in the lobby was shocked. Stop treating your employees this way please.
Then she went ahead and disrespected another employee in the kitchen because he was new and was struggling with a few things.
Too many teenagers on-clock just playing around instead of helping the guest.
The GM should spend sometime here and cut the slow moving pieces to have better labor percentage.
I have been inside Braum's a few times; although I typically go through the drive thru. When I was inside the tables were typically bussed, and there is a good sense of order. That being said, I would note they have great ice cream. I would also say that their scoops are very generous. For the above reasons, I provided a rating of 5.
Braum's is great. This location is consistently bad. Stale bread, cold food, slow service, forgotten straws. Using this location is always a compromise. Drive another 10 mins to another one.
I got the chicken club sandwich, along with other items for family (little kids included) after a rough morning. A nice treat. Drove home and opened sandwich to this. I cant go back to return, but this was too disgusting. Hopwfully management takes a look at this, have some pride in food you serve.
Braums use to be high quality, not anymore.
Over priced now for •small portions, •bad tasting fries , and •Luke warm burger!with sparse toppings! And odd tasting sweet tea and wasn’t even sweet. Gross. This location has gone down hill. Raised prices for low quality smaller portioned food. Shame. Won’t be returning.
I have visited this place on Sunday, 27Dec2020 to buy buttermilk bread, cheese and ice cream.
Buttermilk bread at BRAUM’S is exceptional always.
Ice cream price is very reasonable with high quality and tasty. We always eat BRAUMS ice cream.
I have nearly taste all flavors on the rack and they taste very nice always.
The staff is very nice and customer friendly.
