Loved it!!! I mean it's ice cream what's not to love but also all of the tastey baked goods they use in their desserts are for sale in the attached micro grocery. Staff is is super nice and friendly. It was only $6 for a hot fudge brownie sundae and a coke which is crazy if you think about it cuz $6 won't get you nearly as much anywhere now.
Food was good and portion size is more than enough. The only reason I took a star off was for the order being tossed in the bag. Had to put my fries back in the boxes and shift my burger pattys back on the bun. Shakes were on point. Delicious as always. I understand they were busy but attention to details....... If this wasn't my favorite place to get french fries I probably would have been a little more harsh in grading.
Quick service drive thru and in store. In store market has a great variety at good prices. Hamburgers were good, ice cream was great.
This was a large order for my workplace. 13 bags of biscuits and burritos and 30 hash browns. I called 1/2 hour ahead, and was very pleasantly treated on the phone and upon arrival. And it was quality food at a price to treat our team to breakfast. Good job Braum's!
This location is absolutely disgusting!! It’s ran by a bunch of high school kids, I mean I didn’t see not one person wash their hands when preparing to make the shakes. Everyone looked sloppy and our food was just thrown together , sloppy.. just the way the employees looked. Definitely won’t eat at this location anytime soon if ever again. Wasted 20 bucks!!
This location holds ketchup like they should be charging for it.
I have to ask for it every time
Every time, not the first second or third… every time I get ketchup the packages are sticky and nasty. This has been many months.
When they do give you ketchup it’s 2 packets if you’re lucky. These are the old style packets that hardly have any in it.
Need like 6 packets for a regular fry.
Other than that it’s cool
Hamburger awesome. Milkshake awesome. Place clean. Fries cold and half full
Asked the manager to replace and fill them up. We were told that that is the amount they were told to put in bag. When he did bring them back he made a remark that the fries were over full.
Interesting fact is the Guthrie Brahms doesn't do this. It's a shame because the assistant manager was condescending. Too bad.. fries pic attached.
Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I ordered a 1# No lettuce and no cheese. I get an ice cold sandwich on 2 bottoms smashed to hell with ketchup and pickles and half container of fries. Disgusting service. 12:34 pm March 3 2023. Absolutely Effing Disgusting. I called corporate but no one answered.
