This location SUCKS. Lazy staff. Orders are NEVER right. My family has been served expired whipped cream on ice cream. Staff is lazy and simply do not care. Losing my families business indefinitely at this location. Drive to a different location because this one is NOT worth the money for disappointment after disappointment.
I love Braum's it's my favorite it started in Oklahoma I've lived in Oklahoma whole life and grew up eating Braum's. To me it's the best dairy in town and in the US I've been eating lately the ice cream bars me and my husband are going there and get a pack of those and then I'll get bananas I got the best bananas good hamburger meat good everything I'll give Braum's a 10 if I could!
Last few times I’ve gone to this location (I go here because it’s right next to my neighborhood) you can’t understand the person in the drive through because the very thick accent. Half the staff barely speak English. Food has been wrong on multiple occasions. This time we got expired (bad) ice cream. Will not be going to this location again which is a shame because it’s literally the closest most convenient food place to us
We popped in for burgers, tasty but look nothing like the photos. Picked up a few 1/2 gallons of our Fav Ice Cream flavors. Love that they carry the Amy's frozen meals.????
12:15pm on Thursday Jan 25. Just saw a woman sneeze, wipe her nose with her finger and hand, and continue to scoop ice cream. She was not wearing gloves and she did not wash her hands. I couldn't have been more disgusted. I will be addressing this to the company. Sanitation standards should be at the top of the list when serving food.
Love the festive decorations. The staff is always friendly. We love the bag of burgers, chicken strips, and ice cream. We have yet to have a bad experience or food there. Only thing that sucked was their frozen yogurt machine was down but got the old fashion banana split. Never disappointed with that.
I like Braum’s.
Lately though the Braum's closest to me has been lacking (drive-thru) so I tried this location.
It’s further for me to drive but worth it!
I’ve been back multiple times.
French fries are cooked and hot,
Bacon cheeseburger was good.
Employees were friendly and the outside of the store looks clean.
Be sure to check your food before you drive away.
I got home with (2) Bacon Cheeseburgers that had everything on them EXCEPT the hamburger patties.
Braum's burgers and fries are really good just like their ice cream. The prices are very reasonable, especially the burgers and fries. You will not be disappointed.
