My wife went in to get a tire fixed and was told they had other things to do that made money, a simple were busy would have been more professional, and to try in the morning. Next morning rude again and she went someplace else. The last time I got my brakes fixed there I was told I needed a router and charged for one and was all the "new" one was all rusty. Woukd recommend anyplace other then Brats. Rude service sub par work with high rates.
Had a staple in my tire. Pulled in with a very flat tire they got me in right away and treated me very well. Thank you so much.

For having a small business in a small town you would think they'd have a little more respect for the people in their community! Rude and unprofessional be quite honest and this isn't even the first time, but it will be the last!!

We had a serious issue with a car of one of our guests at Honey Creek Resort and they came right out and towed it and got it repaired.
I was very happy with the service I received here. I went in around 8:00 with no appointment and I received a call back around 10:15 saying that the car was fixed. It was interesting finding someone to talk to, the people at the gas station just sent me into the shop to talk to a mechanic, but its all part of the small town charm of Centerville I guess. Great service!
Very polite and all but I must say they're lacking communication between each other. When I called to set up an appointment they had me under another name (no idea who Tammy Spinler is) and put down my car year as 98 but it's in fact a 95 and after having my car looked at I didn't get any answers because the guy who looked at my vehicle didn't write anything down and then he wasn't there for me to speak to when I came to pick my car up. I was told I could call later on and see if the guy would be back for me to get the info I needed but he was not and I asked them to give me a call when he was back before they closed and I never got the call. So basically I brought my car in for no reason.
we stopped in to have a tire changed one of the technicians missed me by inches with a truck of another customer and hit the jack holding our vehicles front drivers corner up. the tech said let me know when I hit you as he nearly hit me instead of asking me to move or waiting for our simple tire change job to be complete so I could move our car with my family in it....I work with the public I will be sharing my poor and what could have quickly become deadly experience with as many people as will listen
