Had to wait for coffee it was brewing twice. The napkin wrapped around my silverware had what looked like blood spots and something else dark brown. Service was not good. I looked at her, had to turn around, three times. She was talking to another employee. Yes she was looking directly at me. Finally had to stop her to so I could pay. Then you charged me a service charge, which I understand is illegal, and on top of it all, she expected a tip?!?! Give her the service charge. The ad on the table said mother's day special only Sunday. I would have ordered it but it didn't seem to be available. The people next to us both had steak and lobster. The server was extremely nice and friendly talking about life and such. She was embarrassed because I was treated so sadly and she was very nervous. We've been there three times. Not coming back. Wish I could have gotten the special dinner too!!! She didn't offer.
My husband and I ate there a few days ago. Overall the food was good with the exception of the gross black rubbery stuff in our queso dip. (Which they removed from the bill) BUT, I checked my bank account to see 2 pending charges, one for $39.63, and another for $8.00! First of all, our bill came to $31.63, which should be the ONLY charge because I paid the $8.00 tip in CASH. I called and talked to a manager, he struggled to find the words to explain why I have an additional pending charge of $8.00 , he said it was an authorization charge to see if the charge would go through. WTH??? I said that makes no sense since that charge was NOT authorized NOR was a tip supposed to be added to my card! I prefer to pay them cash for tips to make sure they get the whole tip. I will never go here again. Be sure to check your accounts after going there.......
It had beena while since I had eaten here, so I didn't know what to expect. First thing I noticed, not going to lie, was that the entire staff looked extremely young. I found out quickly this didn't matter in the least. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away. The homemade chips and queso was absolutely amazing, and the margaritas ($3.99!) were tasty too. We both ordered burgers for our entrees, and we also both substituted for pretzel buns. Definitely recommend doing so! We got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. My husband had onion rings and I had fries- they were both so delicious. We will be back... probably somewhat regularly. Keep it up!

Service could have been better.
We showed up at the very latest 8:10 to grab dinner, we were promptly seated but waited for over 20 minutes for someone to come get at least our drink order, even overhearing questions about if we’d been helped, but finally left as we clearly weren’t going to be served. The manager was next to us cleaning the salad bar by the time we’d been waiting for 15 minutes. The table near us stopped us to ask if we’d been helped at all because she was appalled. If we were too close to your closing time we should have been told that upon getting greeted. Absolutely ridiculous.
The waiter was really flighty, slow. He only had 2 other tables and blamed the slow service on how swamped he was. Food was average.
Just got out of church and asked someone where to eat and this was the suggestion. Wow, very happy we followed her recommendation. Food was fabulous, ambiance amazing, and Zoe whom took care of us was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely worth the stop and if you need to drive a couple of miles, definitely worth the trip.
We were 4 people, including myself, on New Years Eve, and everyone enjoyed the food.
We all had steaks, and each was cooked exactly the way we wanted it.
Everything was served in a timely manner.
I would definitely return to this restaurant again.
