Have taken 2 different vehicles here, and they've always been friendly, helpful, and very professional. Second vehicle had an unusual issue that other mechanics couldn't find - but they isolated and let me know the issue without huge repair bills.

I have a BMW and very skeptical of taking it to just anywhere, but Branns came highly recommend so I gave them a shot & so glad I did!!! Price of repair was very reasonable. They have earned my trust for all of my future car repairs and a customer for life!!!!
Mike saved our vacation. My 2013 Outback died 40 miles West of Lufkin while driving from Austin to Mississippi. Mike suggested a tow truck and was willing to let me leave it with him. We rented a car and continued our vacation. He called the next morning with the good news that, after some research, he fixed the problem and he did not even need to replace any parts. I was desperate but Mike did not gouge me at all. He was even glad to arrange for a phone payment and a Sunday pick-up of my Outback. We made it back to Austin just fine. I only wish Mike was closer to Austin so he could do all my Subaru work.
