I don’t even know where to start but all I can say is run away from this shop as fast as you can! If we could give 0 stars we would! The communication between the “account manager” and customer is slim to none, the technicians are not anywhere near experienced and the excuses for why they still have your vehicle are endless! We put my vehicle in Dec 5th of 2023 and didn’t get it back until Feb 15th. Not only were we put out over 2 months of rental fees while they had my vehicle for an issue that should have taken a week to fix, they also put 400+ miles on my vehicle and tried to make me pay a $20 fuel charge. I refused to pay and got into my vehicle to leave with 8 miles until empty in my car when it was full in Dec when dropped off for repair! It would be different if communication was good and they were honest about not having the qualified technicians to complete the job but it wasn’t! Unfortunately after reading the reviews, we are not the only customers that had issues like we have experienced so no, we do not recommend to anyone!!!
Had truck towed in on a Friday since they said they would give me a quote and they can't do estimates over the phone... Fine. Called EOD Monday to get the quote and they said they got busy, same story for Tuesday, finally got it Wednesday afternoon. No additional parts besides brake fluid were needed as I provided them, the quote I got was exactly what I told them needed done/priced.
I understand shops get busy and whatnot, but don't waste somebody's time and keep promising it'll get done by a certain time when those are obviously just empty words.
I will say they were polite at least.

Service for my 2016 Chevy Malibu hybrid took eight weeks which is somewhat understandable based on parts availability that part is not so much the issue, One of the issues is the complete breakdown in communication, also I was told before taking my car in that they were 100% able to work on a hybrid however, when I picked my car up, the technician told me that I would have a recurring check engine light because the fans on the hybrid side were kicking on a check engine light and there was nothing they could do about it because it’s on the hybrid site, At this point, I just wanted my car back. 10 months later I called spoke to Kathy. My service rep about getting the vehicle looked at for this particular issue that I was left with originally before any warranty possibly ran out. I was told to give her a little bit of time to look into it and she would call me back, that was four months ago, have had no return phone calls. Also requested via the chat to speak to the owner and no phone calls. Would not recommend in any way shape or form!
From start to finish, the best experience with detailed information on what needed to be done to my car but given the opportunity to choose what to get done as well. Best customer service ever experienced and my car drives like a dream now! I’m not taking my cars anywhere else but Brandon’s Auto Repair for service.
As a former employee to this location. I seriously would not bring my personal vehicle to this location. I was fired while I was in the hospital under emergency circumstances. This place cause me to go into a complete depressed state, constantly having to lie to customers due to them taking in to much volume and not enough proper techs to take on so many vehicles. There is no warranty department, meaning your service writer has 2x the work on their plate than a larger shop, and so many vehicles are being backs because they are not fixed properly the first time. And any Diesel vehicle will sit for months because they don’t have the mechanics to work on them. 1 maybe 2 at most. They will take your parts deposit and pay for other people a parts and not your own. You will have to wait until someone else puts down a deposit before your parts are paid for. I’m my eyes, it’s very poor management.
Not to mentions management reading my personal message about needing to go to the hospital to every one in the office. Hearing this first hand from another employee.. it’s sad discretion is not a thing in this place, it’s sad a places my trust In The management . I’m sure management will take this review down, but I can’t help but say they lie, can’t pay their bills and use your money for everything but what it’s meant to be used for.
Did a great job replacing my fuel pump. Was very patient with me while they waited several days for me to bring in my parts and were VERY transparent in pricing. Got the job done quickly too. Definitely recommend!
I recently brought my 07 Entourage in to Brandon's for new rotors and brakes. I am happy with the service they provided. Along with the brake job, they did a thorough full vehicle inspection and I believe made some honest recommendations. I found out I had a couple of issues I wouldn't have realized had they just done the brakes. Their prices aren't outlandish, but they definitely aren't a discount shop either. However, estimate prices are given based on using OEM equipment and that is always going to drive the price up a good deal over aftermarket. Other than that, the staff was friendly and professional. Brandon even offered me a ride back home when I dropped the car off. I got the impression that they take pride in their work and I believe they would make it right if there was an issue. All in all, I do plan to be a repeat customer.
Thanks for checking in. Everything seems great. I drove the car to San Antonio yesterday with no problems! I am very thankful that the car got done on Friday so I could be with my daughter who is having a baby. Thanks again.
