I have been going to Mrs. Zoe for 6 years, she has taking care of my daughters and myself, she does a wonderful job. I have not found a more dedicated and lovely person that is respectful and honest, does not waste time and patient especially with kids. She has been very understand in emergencies if I had to cancel she has always been able to accommodate us to make her time available when necessary. I understand that sometimes a late cancel is not business good as we cannot control everything, as I had to cancel my appointment which may cause booking issues, but I do have much respect for her to accompany us when needed. Thank you always forever customer.
I just wanna take the time to say, I recently moved here from out of state and wasn't sure on how it was gonna work out finding a hair salon,but then I found Zoe's. Me and my girls had a lovely experience and I know we will return in the future! Thank you lady's for making my girls feel comfortable and look forward to seeing you again!
Could be pleased with the braid down I received but I had to go finish it and sew it down on my own because she had another customer waiting and wouldn't do it. It was extremely unprofessional. I wasn't a walk in. I had a scheduled appointment. On top of that she failed to mention she had 2 locations. I called the location near my house and set an appointment only to arrive and be sent an additional 20 minutes out of my way. And despite that, still ended up waiting because she was finishing up with someone. Yet she opted to leave my hair unfinished and overcharge me. I've never paid that much for a simple braid down. An unfinished one at that.
Very unprofessional!! I booked an appointment with her a week in advance. Arrived a little bit earlier before my time and was willing to wait for an extra hour to get my hair done for prom. She had me waiting from 4:45pm to 8:30pm, 4 hours for a sew in just to let me know at the end that she could not do my hair. I took off of work and everything to get my hair done by her. She didn’t even offer me to come back with a discount. Very rude and so unprofessional..........
She is very unprofessional. I called 4 days ago to have my daughter's hair done. she called me the day of the appt saying that she forgot to put me on the schedule therefore I needed to come to a different location at a different time. I told her to give me time to make sure I can make it there. I called an hour and half later to confirm but she told me she was booked for the day. That I needed to reschedule for another day. I DO NOT recommend her. i wanted to give it chance despite the bad google reviews but that did not work out. Go somewhere else.
Dare I say that Zoe's is the best braid shop in the Atlanta area? Yes! I've gotten braids done all over ATL and she is hands down the best. Most shops just try to finish your braids and get you out, but Zoe runs the show and she is meticulous. I once witnessed her telling one of her braiders to take the braid down and do it again. She is very kind and sweet though and accommodating to your schedule. Her and her braiders are also FAST! If I ever moved from Roswell, I'd travel back to her. She did my hair today and I left feeling like I'm about to model for a braid shoot. My whole family goes to her. She's the best for quality, price and styling.
This is the worse service I've ever experienced! Zoe ruined $350 of good quality hair for a $140 worth of bad service! I LEFT IN TEARS!! She was rushing and making errors for her own personal life AFTER I PAID HER! Then she sewed in my closure wrong AND after she messed that up she GLUED IT DOWN WRONG WITH WEAVE GLUE ON MY LQCEFRONT so I have to purchase a new one. this is the worse service I've ever been to in the state of Georgia. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
I am very happy and pleased with Zoe as a person and her braiding work on my hair. I am very thankful to Zoe, because I no longer have to wrestle with my unruly natural grey hair. I enjoy the low maintenance of having box plaits.
