Keisha was awesome. She was able to get me on her schedule right away and got my 28 inch box braids done in 6 hours. They looked great! The hair I bought was too heavy for my head but that’s my fault. They lasted for a month before they started to fall out. But my hair was only an inch long. I will be back!
I just relocated to California and was very skeptical about where to go get braids. I read a lot of reviews when I came across the the one about Braid it up-Ms. Keshia that was accompanied with a picture of her work. So I gave her a chance. As you can see from the pictures, she is very proficient in her skills. I really appreciated her being on time. She was with another client when I came in 30 minutes early, but she had me in her chair at exactly the appointed time! It took her a little over 1 & 1/2 hours to complete my hair and that is even with me changing styles, which she was really patient with me about. I cannot personally speak of the skills of the other stylist in the salon, but they were very professional and the salon was very clean. Usually, when I go in a salon I feel a negative atmosphere, but I did not get that at all here! Everyone was very welcoming and nice. And with that, I shall be returning. Thank you again Keshia for getting me in with such a short notice!!

Very professional and clean. Love my hair ...unlike other places my head doesn't hurt from being braided to tight. I think I found my new hair place.
OMG! Robin is the best! First of all she took me last minute and did my crochet locs in less than 2 hours!!! I'm looking forward to coming back to her again!! Thanks Robin
Melody was very pleasant and efficient. I wanted a little extra jazz (and my hair is fairly thin), so I brought some different colors of yarn for her to braid into my cornrows; it came out very nice! It was reasonably priced, too! I forgot to tip on the way out, but PayPal'd her some extra once I got home. I'll definitely be back!
She does a good job. Though I've only gotten 1 type of braid, the 4 row straight back, I can't complain with her work. I'll definitely B going back again..to try different styles.
Horrible Horrible Horrible. So incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. Moved my appointment around multiple times. after I made it 2 weeks in advance. Ultimately the stylist ended up canceling my appointment less than 2 hours before. I would advise against going to this place 100%. I am currently waiting on my $50 deposit to be refunded which has also been a stressful and horribly handled process. Id avoid this place at all cost if i could give it 0 starts I would.
