Thank you so much for the staff at Bowmans! My husband and I got take out last night and it was amazing!! The server getting our food together was super friendly and even wrote notes on our boxes =) Portions did not disappoint. My husband got the brisket and she made sure he had a variety of sauces to choose from. Can't wait to be able to come back and dine in again.
Might be the best BBQ in these parts. A hidden gem. Everything they serve is good or great! Check them out!!!
We were visiting from Florida and went here to grab a large take out order. First of all this place is amazing. I can grab groceries, grab meat, eat dinner, have ice cream, and then sit at the bar watching/singing karaoke all in one fantastic one stop shop. They have a huge beer selection and the food was delicious. The only negative I have (and I was warned not to get it) is the brisket which was pretty terrible. It had ok flavor but was extremely tough and not properly trimmed. The mac and cheese, ribs, wings, pizza, corn bread, slaw and beans are all delicious. I give this place five stars, great food, great beer, great meat, karaoke and great staff. Just don't order the brisket.
I would like to have given it 5 stars ... but. With the prices they charge, and with a liquor license, I would have expected a little nicer place. Fluorescent lamps, plastic silverware aren't what I expected. The portion of ribs was large, but the mac & cheese and applesauce were served in tiny plastic cups. I would give a 3 but the service was good too.
The food is always good but it has been slow the last few times we've come here. Tonight will be the last time. A full hour after we ordered we finally got our pizza we ordered for our kids to share. As the waitress set it down she asked if there was anything else she could get us. Um, yeah. The rest of our our food would be great. We also ordered 2 sandwiches and some onion rings. The sandwiches eventually came, without the sides or onion rings. Even after finishing our whole meal, we never got the onion rings we ordered. It's a Friday night. Be ready for it.

Great place! I'd recommend it. Kinda different wide open seating arrangement but it was in a good way. Food and waitress was good. If your in the area check it out! No complaints!
