Best WLM Reviews

Used to come here as a kid when it was Brunswick Zone and it was always a lot of fun. When it changed to Bowlero, came here with friends and on dates and it seemed even better with the cool blacklight vibe and always had a great time. It's been a few years, so came to check it out again to bring my boyfriends family when he'll be in town to visit and the laser tag looks like it was redone and a lot of fun.
However, when I went to reserve lanes for a group of 9, the cost came to $50 per person (including shoe rental, not including tax) for 2 hours. To me, that is an absolute insane amount to go bowling. Just bowling. Not counting the cost of food, laser tag, and arcade that I was also hoping the kids could do for a fun evening. Even more insane that if you want to enjoy a date night, it will cost you $100 per person (not including tax). For just bowling. I don't know when the prices changed to become so ridiculous, but it's a shame and was definitely high enough to deter me away and make other plans for that evening (taking them to Dave & Busters in Franklin Mills).
Despite fond memories and the atmosphere looking like a lot of fun still, I can't say I'll ever bowl there again as I could never justify the cost. Especially since you have local alleys like Thunderbird lanes that may not be the same vibe, but I'm still going to have a ton of fun bowling with friends without feeling uncomfortable that I'm paying the same amount to go bowling that I could a theme park for a day. Actually, I think it's cheaper for the theme park ????. Darn shame.
One of a kind! Unlike any other Bowling, Lazer Tag place around! It’s amazing for ALL AGES! They have a secluded bar for 21+ to sit around. Eat while you bowl and have some drinks.
My only negative comment is that each arcade game is between $7-13.00 EACH. I guess that’s where they make a ton of money. Literally avoid the arcade which is at the entrance and exit at all cost! ????
An AMAZING place to host your next kids birthday party or adult happy hour! The bowling, activities, facility, arcades, laser tag, and atmosphere is out of this world, spacious, and easily accessible to anyone in a wheelchair. The food and drinks are FRESH and DELICIOUS - way beyond expectations. The service and staff is TOP NOTCH - all of our requests were met on point! The General Manager Dave stayed on top of everything we needed and made sure our experience was great. Our servers were on point, and our rented lanes beautifully decorated with plenty of food and drink. We had such a great time. The kids absolutely enjoyed their party, got fantastic gifts, and a memorable real bowling pin that we all signed was given to our son. This was one of the best birthdays we ever had. This is a REAL and GENUINE review - please take your kids or yourselves here for a truly great kids and/or adult experience.
The place is huge, looks like lots of fun with all the different activities offered. The price of bowling for a family of 6 (4 with shoe rentals) to bowl 1 game cost $110. I thought the price was way too high, but the bowling experience was fun. FYI, we went on a Saturday night around 7:45 pm. The only negative was when we ordered our food prior to bowling, they were understaffed, overwhelmed, and it took 2 tries for them to bring out a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger for my adult son. As for me and my milkshake, it took an hour for me to finally receive it. They didn't bring it with the food, so I asked about it 6 more times, 10 minutes apart, with no less than 3 different people, before finally having the manager alerted, and finally receiving it. It may not have seemed like a big deal, only being a milkshake, but it made the first half of my night there feel like a nobody. I work in customer service too. You're supposed to help the person, not apologize but pass them over or pass them around. Please work on that. Thank you.
Great place had a blast my five year old daughter enjoyed her fifth birthday party here. She's happy I'm happy
I been to this location a few times and every time I been so far staff is nice and pleasant. Recently family and I went and had a great time a Sunday afternoon not crowded at all. Perfect if you don’t want it to be loud and crowded. Only thing for me was it seem like there weren’t a lot of arcade games but enough for the kids and we still had an amazing time .So we got food Garlic fries were cold cold and the rest of the food was lukewarm but over all good . Drinks weren’t good though . Someone needs to work on how to make a long island . Taste like syrup and Pepsi .Laser tag was fun as well. Hahah for us adults and kids lol. My over all experience with this location was great I recommend.
Looking to have fun bowling, playing pool,
playing laser tag, playing arcade games, then Bowlero is the place to be. Water bottle is $5.00,
Drinks are about $14.00,
Laser tag is 9.00.. When you go out bring some money,
Enjoy your self, and you won’t be disappointed. They even have a lounge, sitting area if you just want to eat and watch the bug screen. Went last night and had a ball.
Don’t be alarmed by the security check point when you enter, either something have happen so they want everyone safe or they are preventing anything from happening.
Went to Bowlero for a kids birthday party. Venue is quite nice. There are bowling lanes, a "Dave and Buster's"- like arcade, Laser tag, a fire pit, a bar, and ...a metal detector with security guards.
Food was actually really good. The chicken tenders were particularly nice. Regarding the service, it is always a challenge with kids birthday parties to wrangle a herd of children. I was told that there was "supervision" in the Laser tag area. Based on what I heard happened during the game, I feel like more supervision was needed.
Seems a little pricey for what you actually get, but my son had a great time. However, I went between 3-5pm on a Sunday. The security detail arrived at 5pm, so I don't know what it's like in the evening. Overall, I liked it and would recommend it.
