Best WLM Reviews

Honestly I'm super impressed! Staff was so friendly. The atmosphere was great! We had a blast. Way better than anything we have near me.
Previous experiences have been good. But today (05/27/2024) was definitely not one. Usually, I went with colleagues and friends. First time, took my family there. The receptionist/cashier guy didn't have any patience to answer my question regarding kids bowling option. He just showed some other lane and said "do like that". I didn't know the name for kids bowling ramp. I was trying to ask for a ramp pointing to one lane. But with his impatient behavior, he said "I don't know what you are asking for? Go and grab whatever you want if it's not being used". Then I went and dragged a ramp all the way across the side exit to the middle lane assigned to us. I am not sure whether his impatience is to everyone or only to people of other colors like us.
If at all you want all sorts of people to come here, have little more patience and respect for everyone.
Huge bowling alley, didn’t count the lanes but even on a league night we had no problem getting a lane. Overall it’s clean and well maintained, the food/drink ordering tablets at the lanes were nice. The unlimited bowling deal with shoes was a great value, we got 4 games in which was more than enough. My only complaint-I didn’t like that there was no seating at the lanes, it’s all tables and chairs a good 10ft behind. It just added a little bit of discomfort leaving my drink and items unattended behind me. If they ever changed the seating arrangement, it would be as good of an alley as you could ask for.
Worst bowling alley ever. Went there and the entire place was empty minus one group bowling. There was a kid in a wheelchair who was like permanently there and ready to bowl, and the staff put us right next to their group and any time anybody went to bowl we had to walk around him.
I don't blame the kid in the wheelchair at all. Even without the wheelchair we had to walk around--- it was pure incompetency to put us next to each other. Literally every other lane was empty. Some people like to have private conversations and don't want the people next to hear it. I will never return here.
Nice personnel working here. A little pricey depending on when you go.
Lanes are oily, crazy oily even on weekends. Had an issue getting any balls to hook but it’s a learning experience!
Clean, friendly, can’t beat it
The shoes and bowling were perfect. I did not like the open table seating- we could not get the table closest to our lane so we spent a lot of time walking back and forth to bowl… too pricey for the inconvenient seating arrangement. Still, we had fun!
My small group of friends (4 total) visited Bowleros around 8 pm Sunday, January 21st. The younger man that gave us the bowling shoes was really nice and we were so excited to bowl! My friend and I love bowling even though we’re not very good. The loud and happy atmosphere is always great! However when we went to the bar to order a pitcher and asked how much they were and the bartender who was an older lady was extremely rude. At first I thought maybe because were young (were all 21+) maybe she was just giving us the business. However she continued to be rude and say “I don’t have time for this” we kind of just stared at the other customers at the bar and they stared at us in shock because of how abrasive she was. She wasn’t very busy. There was about 5 of us just standing there. Then when my friend wanted to order another beer she was again rude to my friend saying “10 minutes until closing.. seriously .. you’re cut off”. And look I know when I drink too much and go too far. But we ordered one pitcher for 4 of us. That’s maybe a cup and a quarter for each person… we were not drunk. Anyways she did serve other people right in front of us. We were at lane 46 so it was easy to see she was serving her regulars and not us. One woman she served was decently drunk and slurring words but she never cut her off. She actually served her about 20 minutes after us. Even though she said they closed in 10 minutes. Safe to say we will never come back. It’s sad because it’s something fun we all enjoy doing together. But i wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone. #1 priority should be costumer service. Not making the customers fe weird for ordering a beer….
It was my daughter's 5th birthday and we got there at 5 not realizing that open bowl didn't start until 6. We decided to wait and let the kids play in the arcade which was fine. When 6:00 comes around the guy says another 10 minutes, then after that another 20. They should have been upfront in the first place and not made us wait around for nothing. The workers didn't seem to care or want our business so we left after an hour and a half without bowling.
