Just want to take a minute and thank the staff here.
I was in last night and managed to develop food poisoning from something I ate earlier in the day, and the symptom onset was so rapid, we didn't really have time to get me home before it got bad. In and out of consciousness for an hour or two, I vividly remember the staff continuously checking in and asking if there were ways they could help me, despite my boys continuing to bowl their best games of their lives while I was dying on the bench. ????

Great Experience! We decided to go bowling last night and made reservations. When we showed up, the staff were amazingly nice, super helpful, and accommodating. We had to modify our reservations because 2 bowlers couldn't make it. So, they gave us vouchers for a return visit. Our lane was set up with our name showing reserved. One of the staff members, that appeared to be the manager, came over and introduced himself and our server, who then immediately took our food and drink orders... all before we had time to switch shoes.
The server, Chris, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was fun too. It was full, but we didn't feel crowded. They did a great job of spacing each group with lane assignments. The environment, including bathrooms, were clean. And the arcade had a great mix of games... that all worked!
As we were done bowling and shifting to the arcade, our server brought over a parting gift that included our vouchers and a teddy bear! (So sweet!) Then, while playing games, he came over with giant cookies, COMPLIMENTARY! They were still warm from the oven, and he brought a to-go container in case we wanted to take them with us. All-in-all, this was a great experience and fun night! Looking forward to our next visit!
I made a reservation with a group of friends and from the moment we arrived the service was incredible, the people were super friendly and attentive and the bowling alleys were very well maintained. Before we started to play they gave all of us in the group some very delicious cookies, an incredible detail. The place, as soon as you enter, looks spacious. There are many bowling alleys to play, very comfortable.
The food is very good, the fries, pizza and Mozzarella sticks were delicious.
All the areas are very well maintained and throughout our experience at Bowlero we received many good surprises from the team, especially from Sharon who was the one who attended us.
We will definitely be back again! Thank you very much for the experience
I took my family here for Mother's day weekend. It was the first time in a long time that we went. The employees were so friendly and approachable. My little sister had the best time eating, making friends, it wasn't overly loud or crowded. When we were done having a small arcade play and prizes afterwards it was just the cherry on top!!!! We will definitely be coming back again soon!
Your team is one of the best!!! From the cashier, to the manager, to the bartender and the cooking staff - we loved them all and shared our kids' birthday cake with them! The Customer service was top notch! The place was clean and everyone was so friendly. And the food was great. Highly recommend and we will be back!
Yesterday my daughter had her birthday at Bowlero Aurora. I can honestly say the hospitality of the manager Sade and her staff was beyond incredible. My daughter left feeling so special and our family and friends had a blast. Sade was amazing and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for us. Thank you Sade and Bowlero Aurora, words can't describe how we are appreciative for you and you staff last night. Great place.
We decided to bring the family in for some bdays celebration for a couple of our kids. We were able to use a Groupon which is great for a family in budget. It was great, nice and relaxed. We were able to go back n forth between arcade games and bowling on the lanes .
All the staff was welcoming and accomodating to our family! Thank you!
