I can't be more grateful for Bourne Taxi for medical appointments.I've been using them for a couple months now weekly. Always on time and if there's a issue he works with you. Cars are always spotless and drivers are very respectful.Thank you so much for your service. ❤️

After our work truck broke down and had to be towed, we were forced to call for a taxi. The driver was very friendly and safe. Would definitely call again if the need arises!
Called for a taxi 2 hours prior to the time I wanted to leave, the man said he was busy and I'd be looking at a 3-3.5 hr wait which was fine. I told him my address and then my destination, which was literally 1.2 miles down the rd and he said ok see you then. 2.5 hrs later I call back to get a confirmation that he was going to be on his way soon, he rudely told me that he was the only driver working and he was on a medical transport for someone in Wrentham and had no idea when the person's appointment would be over. I said well when I spoke to you almost 3 hours ago you said you'd be available, he said well I have no idea call an Uber and then he abruptly hung up on me. That was rude. If he did have a person w an appt then he would've known the pick up time also. It's never open ended. And also when I first called back to try and confirm he kept sending my calls to voicemail like 6 times because he seen my number calling, so on the 7th time i called from my husband's work cell and he immediately answered. And I would've and preferred to use an Uber but none were available in the area that I was in.
This is the first and last time I call to use this businesses service, my car will be fixed in a few days and even if it wasn't I still wouldn't call Bourne Bridge 24hr Taxi. First impressions are everything especially in business. He should know better and I hope this WICKED LONG review will let the next would be BB24hrT customer know better also.
Disabled Senior citizen aunt called a couple days prior for ride. They picked her up. Dropped her off. Never returned to pick her up. When called the office l- the one time they actually answered the phone- they said someone was on the way. Nope.
Service was fast and the operator of vehicle and the person answering the phone were professional , clear , and well spoken .
They had no credit card operations temporarily and. Both individuals explained and didnt leave me with uncomfortable feelings.
Jason was an awesome driver. He was very knowledgeable about the area, as well as being friendly and social with us, considering it was after midnight when we called. Service was punctual and quick. Taxi vehicle was clean and in new condition. We will definitely use his service again.
This has to be the worst taxi company I have ever tried to deal with, they never answer their phone and have the most useless greeting telling you to NOT leave a voicemail, just keep calling back even though they are never going to answer the phone, I wonder if this business is a front for something else!!!
