First time visit, and the food was amazing! The waitress was accommodating when we asked questions about the menu. Will definitely stop in again!
Fantastic food, the burgers and wings are amazing! Drink selection is diverse and delicious too. Prices are great for the quality and quantity of the meal. Gotta stop by after a trip the the nearby Menards.
Our party of 10 walked in at 4:30 on a Saturday and were seated right away. Everyone said their meals were excellent! Menu offers a wide variety and of course many taps to choose from as well. Many TVs on with various sports to choose from. Great sports bar atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends! We will be back!
Service was great and I was seated almost immediately. The chili was a bit watery, but everything else was good. I really liked the pulled pork sliders with the fried pickles, although the bun could have been toasted more. Salad was average.
Went on Valentine's Day for an after show lunch with a group of 8. Our waitress did a great job! I got the lunch Fish and Chips. The fries were great but the fish was a little on the mushy side. Still good, but not 5 star. 3 people got the French Onion soup and they all couldn't eat most of it because it was too salty.
Brought my 12 year old daughter there for lunch on our day out. Had shakes, she had the Banana and mine was the (Adult) Whiskey peanut butter. Delicious! We both built our own burger and they were great! Maybe next time my wife can come. Lol, friendly staff and great food.
I ordered the cheeseburger, fries and shake.
First thing I've been here several times a month and have never had such bad service and food.
They wouldn't put Cajun seasoning on my fries. The shake was pre-made so it was no longer a shake but like milk, then my food comes out I get plain cheeseburger no pickle no other toppings, server didn't even ask if I'd like to add them, since I don't usually order this I assumed it come with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. The burger was very plan no flavor in the meat.
Server walked by several times my shake was not even drank down 1/2 inch never asked about it. When time for check she asked if I wanted a box cuz I only choked down just about 1/2 the burger. I told her no thank you it was gross and the shake was warm. After knowing this she offered nothing, no discount or replacement.
I am very disappointed in this place and will not be going back as service as been going down hill for a while.
I called ahead just after they opened and placed a takeout order of 4 meals for my coworkers and I as it was one of our birthdays and we wanted to get lunch for that. Told them that we would like to pick it up on about 45 mins. They said that should work and will see you then. I showed up a couple minutes before when I said I would and I said who I was and the host went back to grab the food. The host came back empty handed saying that they were still working on the food, which I thought was fine and no big deal and I sat down a moment. Then I see 1 person come in and get their take out order… pretty soon another double bag take out order getting picked up as I’m still sitting and waiting. Host asks if I had a DoorDash order and just said “No, I called ahead.”
20 mins go by and I’m still waiting when finally the food was given to me. I get back to my workplace and the food is Lukewarm when opening, although it was still tasty in my opinion. (My workplace is only 4 mins away)
Overall the food was still good but the service is what hurt this experience. Sucks because we all like Boulder Tap’s Food but the question is always regarding how the service will be.
