That was the worst Boston Market experience that I’ve ever had.
We walked in and the manager was bullying an obviously new employee. He was so rude and derogatory towards her and we could see how awful he made her feel. He kept being rude to her as she was helping another customer and made snide comments at her for asking for help when many customers came in at once.
I was hoping at least the food would be good?? ‘Twas not lol. The food had absolutely no seasoning and did not taste like it used to even 6 months ago. They didn’t even have salt shakers anywhere, but had pepper shakers on every table lol. When I asked for salt for the food they didn’t put any salt in, they gave me 2 plasticware packs for 4 people and not enough salt for everyone.
-10/10 would never recommend again:(

I can’t believe how much it’s changed. Soon as I walked in the vibe was off it was dreary, empty. No smell of food just a stale smell. The food sides didn’t even look presentable a lot of stuff looked like it sat out all day. I didn’t get a chance to look at the turkey the server wrapped up. By the way there were no container covers so they had to use foil. The turkey looked like and tasted like plastic. The mash gravy tasted funny. The sweet potatoes were runny. So disappointed!!!! This place should have just stayed closed. There just giving bare minimum at this point. I won’t be returning here the food use to be so good smh. Don’t waste your time.
1st time at this location...they didn't have several items on the rnenu; Ribs..nuggets..stringbeans ...no drinks..machine was broke . Had to 15 mins for string beans...however the man working was by himself and very apologetic. None of the food looked appetizing but the chicken .
We didn't realize we walked in 5 minutes before closing. The guys working were so nice and the customer service was awesome. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great but again. It was the very last of the last. I would go back again just because the customer service was great.
So my last review didn’t upload so I’ll try again. Long story short I ordered the crispy country chicken meal with white gravy, mashed potatoes and stuffing. I get all the way home and this is what I get. No gravy on my chicken and cold food! When I went to pick up my order, the employee was completely clueless and there was nobody else in the store and my order was sitting on the counter just getting cold! Will NEVER eat from here ever again! And I was given a cold

I used to come to this location all the time (years ago) and I loved it! My go to was the 1/2 rotisserie chicken (white meat) creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole.
Sadly, I returned and whoa have things changed! The feeling you get when walking in feels like stepping your foot into a morgue.
Years ago, I used to walk in and the smell of all the delishishness would be floating around, I would gaze ti the front and all the sides were abundantly full in their pans, appearing so fresh, and the back was full of rotisserie chickens spinning.
This experience was the complete opposite. The first row of sides was non-existent, there were limited options, and the tastes were waaayyyyyyy off (not in a good way).
There were NO chickens rotissering on skewers and there were like 3 rotisserie chickens (if that) tucked away in a warming oven. The skin used to be seasoned to perfection and nice and crispy. This time, I had to peel it off and put it to the side because it was unflavored and soggyish. The meat was bland and dry.
A beverage machine was out of order and the doorknob to the ladies bathroom was completely off, so the hole was stuffed with paper towels.
While discussing the disbelief with my parents, my mother mentioned they are going out of business, so I guess til they do, it's Ya Get What Ya Get...Ya Get What We Have....Ya Get Whats Left.

Believe the one-star reviews! Oh, how things have changed. Boston Market has claimed bankruptcy recently and this location is on life support. Out of so many items, the side dishes looked scant and unappetizing, the drink machine not working...
You know how in zombie apocalypse movies when they return to a place they once loved and it has become a shell of it's former self? That place is the Deptford Boston Market.
They were out of so many food options didn't even have soda in the soda machine they only offered cans of soda the food sucked the chicken was dry Over cooked and the spinach tasted horrible and was like water the mashed potatoes was like water also. The amount of money we payed was not wort it it was not cheap also. the place was empty no one was in there now I know why it was empty. they dropped the ball because in the past the food was delicious and wasn't expensive and the place was always crowded with people if they go under its their own fault. We have no plans on going back there anytime in the future
