Best WLM Reviews

I spent over $70 in this place for a family meal. You would have thought the food would be somewhat edible. Two of the three chickens was dry beyond consumption. The macaroni and cheese used to taste good but now it has no flavor. The tasted like its been sitting for days. Also, I was expecting a 2 Liter Bottle of Pepsi. What I got was 2 bags of flat soda. Not a good experience at all.
So since they moved a block away I thought I try it , maybe it will be better, Noooope!!! At the drive through order can’t hardly hear anything, lady was very rude , hand me the change I said thank you , not even one word , dropped my coin change in the ground but like it never happened and closed the window fastest possible time. And u can see they changed to a much cheaper container and it spills everywhere , the chick so small and dry. Most places wings are bigger. Very disappointed again . Good luck if u take a chance here. I feel sorry for the owner that hire these rude employees.
I don't like to leave bad reviews. However, this is a small Boston Market, and it is absolutely appalling inside. You rarely see anyone sit down to eat. However, the lobby is very dirty. There is trash on the floor. Also, since this location doesn't get many visitors, the food sits around and becomes unappetizing. The staff seem like they hate their jobs. They often run out of food in the middle of the day. Sometimes, if you're lucky, they offer to make more of an item. Then you must wait 20+ minutes. I don't know what happened. This BM used to have great food, and the staff was always friendly. I hate to say it, but they should've never reopened at this new location. Probably should have stayed closed if this is how poorly it is going to be operated.
5/28 @ 5:30 I picked up dinner from here for the first time. I drove up to the drive thru and could barely hear what the lady said at the speaker. Had to beep the horn to ask her to repeat herself. The drive up looks vacant and weird. So I pull forward to order at the window and I wish I would have kept going. The woman had a nasty attitude. Poor customer service. I ask her options for the garlic chicken because I couldn’t order at the speaker where the menu is btw that’s dumb. I get home the broccoli immediately I knew it was rotten by the taste. The chicken was dry and she never glazed my meat with a decent portion of garlic herb. She must have drizzled a teaspoon of garlic herb. I chocked trying to swallow the chicken. I tried the sweet potatoes. They were tight and no oats. Food must have been sitting since they opened or left from the night before. Poor service and poor quality food. I would have been better going to Wendy’s next door. Do not eat from here. Never again. I wish I could get a refund. I have never had nasty food from BM before until now and it’s been 2 years since I ate off their menu.
Treated with a rude attitude. We took longer to order because they were out of things we wanted. Asked for gravy on the side got country gravy. Out of corn bread no monetary discount even though it's part of the meal. Grabbed money no thankyou. Never ever had that experience at a Boston Market. Also not positive but mashed potatoes tasted like powdered. Never going to Clifton Heights Boston Market again.
Absolutely horrendous I’m not even sure how they’re still in business with as many Boston markets that are closing. This one has a sign up on the door and a lock that is like one of the padlocks that you would go to a vacant house to tour the sign says CS in the drive-through not open inside service when you get to the drive-through the drive-through has a sign up that says drive-through close come inside to be served, and after calling to only get a busy signal seeing how their phone is never on the hook, we finally had to knock on the door for the girl to come open it and tell us that due to staff shortages they have a limited menu no turkey no meatloaf just chicken and mashed potatoes, corn or mac & cheese are the only side options and when we inquired about the signs on the window and the drive-through and where we were supposed to order since nobody ever attempted to take out order for 5 minutes, we sat there in the drive-through she rudely replied after rolling her eyes. OK well if you want to order you need to go back to the drive-through and those are your options and shut the door. Needless to say we went to the KFC not even two minutes away if we’re going to get chicken, at least we’ll get it with some kind of professionalism.
How is this location still open? They move just up the street and you think they would’ve changed Management or something to make things better. Went to the drive through, speaker broken soo I drove up to the window. No one comes for a good while, I actually thought they were closed. They give me my food, some creamed spinach leaked out, you think she would wipe it off…nope!!! I then realized my sauce wasn’t on the chicken like requested, I went into the store which was bare (no signs on windows, no customers) and she tried to charge me for the sauce. The food tasted old and the chicken was dried out. I didn’t even finish it. No thanks, never again! Won’t be back and I never see anyone going in soo it must be just as bad for others.
This was the worse Boston Market food I’ve ever had. Nursing home food would have probably been better. I got a family meal, the whole Chicken was so tiny it wasn’t enough for my entire family, it was also dried and over cooked. The mashed potatoes had no gravy, the rest of the food (sweet potatoes, Mac and cheese and broccoli) was as mushy as baby food. It was as if they scrapped the bottom of the pans and gave us old leftovers. The broccoli was so over cooked it was brown and had no crunch. Looks like Boston Market has gone down drastically, I will never be back. That was a sad waste of my money.
