LOL! NY Fried Chicken is now Boston Fried Chicken!! Taste great freshly fried!!
Last night I ordered a 3 piece meal. When I arrived to pick it up the worker asked if I’d like gravy on the mashed potatoes, I said yes. The worker said it would just be a minute. When I arrived home (2 miles away) and went to eat my dinner, the mashed potatoes & gravy were COLD as ice. When I called and spoke to a man he said it was the other worker who was responsible for the error. No compensation was offered. Today I heated up the cold mashed potatoes & gravy & they are FAKE potatoes!!! Tasted terrible. I will never go back.
Wasn’t the worse but just was not good! If your use to the NY fried chicken restaurants in the Boston area, you will not like this place. Food was cold and tasteless. Wish they were better because theres no other chicken place in the area, unless you go the next city over.
Do not order from here. I hope this place closes. Tonight at 7:45, I ordered from Wong's through an app. The app said Wong's would be deliver my meal in 50-60 minutes. When I had ordered from them in the past, they had beaten this estimate. As an hour was approaching, I checked the app, and it said my meal was prepared and would arrive an hour after preparation, after 9pm - which I believe is the time they close. I called. No answer. 9:15 and still no food. No phone call from them. Luckily the app's customer service cancelled my order, when they couldn't reach them. I got a refund, but I can't understand why I never got a call. If they weren't delivering the product, couldn't find my house or anything else, they should have called. There is nothing worse than not receiving food you ordered. I will never order from here.
We had a horrible experience. The owner herself handled our order the first time and they delivered the wrong food. When we called back to let them know we got the wrong order sh was extremely rude and to make matters worse hard to understand thru the yelling and not listening to our concern. They delivered the wrong order AGAIN. As she repeated our order. She sent the wrong food and it was very deliberate. Very disappointed in how they handled this in spite of how polite we were in trying to handle the situation.
Got take out from this place on Super Bowl Sunday. Chicken wings were just OK. Mac and Cheese came out of a box - at a cost of $3! Won't be going back there! Too expensive for poor quality and quantity.
Horrible service and unprofessional customer service. I can never! They forgot something in my order and expected me to pay money to get to them to get what was missing. If that was the case, I would've just went to the store and placed my order and picked it up. Just unacceptable behavior and experience. I'll never order from them again.
Decent food, nice staff! The place got a pretty low rating because some of the reviews were from the old restaurant opened before this place. This place was opened on 12/29/19
