Not only is the customer service beyond exceptional (amazing!), they repaired my car in next to no time. Just a day over a week when we were expecting 2+. No flaws left behind whatsoever! Excellent craftsmanship. My car looks next to brand new, all thanks to Dominic and his team. They even detailed the car before returning it. I highly recommend! ❤️ They will definitely be my go-to for body repair from here on out. Forever grateful.
Dom and his team did a great job repairing my vehicle after an accident. They worked with my insurance directly and helped me every step of the way. Very thankful to have my car back and looking good as new!

I would absolutely not recommended. Definitely felt like I was taken advantage of for the fact that I’m from out of state and that I was paying out of pocket for my repairs. I took in my car on a Monday and didn’t get it back for over a week later (i was told it would be done within two days). I was given an initial estimate that was not representative of the price I paid when I picked up my car because of extra parts and repairs that were made without contacting me until after the fact. Unprofessional and a huge lack of communication. Not to mention all of my belongings were shoved into my trunk with no regard. The front desk lady was nice though.
Thoroughly impressed by this shop!! They were quick, professional, thorough, all at a great price. I brought my car in for body work and got a quote within 30 minutes. My neighbor hit my car and wanted to pay out of pocket so once the parts they needed to order had arrived they completed the work within 4 days. On top of that they cleaned and detailed my car and took care of a few other minor scratches on the outside.
Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if I ever need work done again I know where I'm going!

I would describe this experience as odd. This is my first car, and first accident. So I’m not sure how this is supposed to go. But if you’re looking for transparency, this is not the place. They had my car for 3 weeks and not once did they call me to give me updates, tell me what was damaged, even tell me when the car was ready for pickup. 3 weeks seems like a long time to hold on to a car, when the accident was extremely minor cosmetic damage. I’m sure they aren’t lying that there was more internal damage that wasn’t visible, but I now understand the joke about body shops finding another $5000 worth of damage to your car on top of the $1800 estimate. Fine fine, but call me and explain it to me. Have the decency to tell me why it’s that much and what you found. Horrible first experience. At least my car looks nice.
So grateful for these guys! Dom and his crew made my car look brand new. My bumper needed to be replaced after being hit while parked. They even got out the few “dings” from someone opening their car door into mine. They had it back to me in a few days and were extremely reasonably priced- especially considering the quality of their work. Very trustworthy!
