All BoSa's are pretty sparsely decorated, so I can't really fault this location for that. I can fault them for always being out of what I am looking for and having the most disgustingly bitter coffee in the valley. I have given this location several chances as my family loves BoSa and we now live 2 miles away. But, I just can't, so I will be taking my business to the Stapley and Main location where we are treated like family and they're food is always available.
The university location is the best! Literally fluffiest and freshest donuts and I love the girl who works there on the weekdays! Love the red velvet flavor too :)
I like going to this donut shop due to having a drive thru! Donuts are fresh and have pics on the drive-thru menu of all items. They also have a large list of teas, including Bobas and coffees
I am trying to order let me order don’t interrupt me so you can make a box? This is the third time in a row I have had a weird experience in the drive through on Sunday morning. I think I will go somewhere else.
Have attempted to have a good customer service experience multiple times and now after the 4th visit I am giving up and breaking down to give this location a terrible review. I have never had a friendly experience and another time I waited 10 minutes in the drive through for a simple bagel with cream cheese.
Delicious food... girl gave me wrong change for cash. It was very awkward having to pull out my phone calculator to show her what I paid minus the total was not what she gave me ???? we're talking like $3 AND miscellaneous change... and she was unapologetic
Didn't have Decaf and didn't offer to make any. Didn't have regular coffee; they did brew a pot of that. Never had a bear-claw with Apple pie filling before. It was tasty; but I was wanting a more traditional one.
First .. I usually LOVE THIS PLACE.
The one we usually go too is on Main St and Stapley. This is A Newer store on University so we tried it since we now live closer to this store well… a little on the slow side this morning??!
We had a car in front of us he ordered a shake. As we watched .. for five min in front of us as we waited ..thinking maybe he couldn’t decide!?? .. We get up to order and she asks us to “hold please” so something to do with what was going on inside the restaurant.
The “Apple fritter is smaller then the donut .. I never in all my days have seen that. Ha!!
