My class c camper had a blow out in a inside dullie 90 miles away. Bordelon had to order the tires which I had 4 replaced. If they would have been able to align the front end, I'd bought 2 more tires.
If I could give a zero I would!!!
I was told I needed basically a new front end on my truck. It was a new front end. Absolutely everything on the front end was new. They wanted me to basically pay them to put all new parts on it again after it was already done. So they said we can't align the front end. And guess what brought my truck to another shop and they did it. Now my truck drives perfect and doesn't eat the tires anymore. So yea bring your stuff somewhere else!!!!
Had a huge nail in my tire over the Mother’s Day weekend, so I changed out my tire for Monday morning. They took care of me quickly. They even put my spare tire back. They are very professional and friendly, especially the woman at the front desk, she helped me with my insurance claim. Thanks again.

This is not a business that can be trusted. I needed a tire repair but it was after hours. A local business call this business to see if they could repair my tire. They sent a man to shop to meet me at 6:30 pm. I had put my spare on and the flat was in the bed of my F150 truck. After he repaired tire and put back on my vehicle, I asked how much. He called his boss, who told him the charge was for a two hour minimum of $100 per hour, a total of $200.00 for a 20 minute tire repair which I brought to his shop. I spoke with a lady to give her my credit card info, she agreed to cut it in half, only charge me $100.00. She also said she would call the next morning to get me a receipt. The next morning, I had not received the call, I checked my credit card charge. I had been charged $150.15. I called the shop, spoke to the young man I spoke with the day before, I explained to him my displeasure about the charge. He said they charge $85.00 per hour, two hour minimum for road call. I told him there was no road call, I brought the tire to him. He didn’t care, so he transferred call to his mother, the lady I spoke with the evening before. I also shared my displeasure with her about the charge and that she told me she would only charge me $100.00. She had absolutely no interest in what I had to say. I also explained to her that I worked with the railroad, not for the railroad and this was my personal expense that I had to pay, not paying with a railroad credit card. When she sent my receipt, I was charged; $127.50 for tire repair, $10.00 for shop supplies, and tax, totaling $150.15. It seems they charge what they feel like with no set charges. I was never told ahead of time what the charges would be. After the fact, I was told $100.00 per hour, $85.00 per hour, but charged $127.50. I will be sharing my experience with the railroad company along with anybody else that might need tire services. I thought price gouging was against the law.
Great people and wait time was short. They got on my car and truck really quick to rotate and balance the tires. Will definitely go back to them again. Nice people and very reasonable prices
I've had tires changed and fixed in a very timely and professional manner. Also had a great diagnosis on my truck and if it had not been for warranty work, Bordelon would have been my choice for repair. Very nice owner and crew.
