Love the food. It's got the old-fashioned malt shop atmosphere. The food is great. The burgers are as good as I used to get when I was a kid. Everybody smiles, and the employees don't act like it's an inconvenience to wait on you. It's casual and relaxed. It's a good holsum family atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone. Out you want a good burger served with a smile, go to boom-a-rangs.
I came in with my two year old daughter. Waited for about 45 minutes. Watched everybody around us that came in after us get their food before us. Horrible service. We just walked out. Waitress just completely ignored us. Giving the food 1 star because we didn’t get any. All we ordered was a scrambler and biscuit and gravy
Everything tasted like a hamburger and I didn't even order a burger; I got scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. My daughter's chicken bites tasted like gizzards and that is not the way to make a hungry pregnant woman happy. Great service though for them being busy.
Have had breakfast here a few times. My biggest complaint is they use frozen biscuits that are not good, specially when taken strait out of the plastic bag and onto a plate.
If you get take out don’t plan on using the utensils they offer, they are cheep and unusable, I can’t believe they try to use that cheep stuff for people.
They also serve pepsi, I can’t believe a nostalgic diner like that would serve pepsi.
I usually get the patty melt an fries here and it has always been flavorful! My family has also eaten here several times. They always seem to love it too!
But whenever I pick up DoorDash orders from here, I sometimes get ignored for a minute or so. Maybe it's because they were busy, but I've noticed some employees look right at me then continue walking and do other tasks. Most of the time, the order has just been sitting there while I wait.
We Love to eat at this place but here in ada is or has changed somewhat. Food isn't as good as the one in Paul's Valley Restaurant. Burgers are way to thin and for the prices I would prefer thicker Patty's at least.
Very nice and unmistakable "DINER" in Ada, OK. I had some great catfish.. wife had a very good breakfast.
Went back a couple of hours later and got a chocolate shake to go. Also, very good!
Best chili cheeseburger in town, and love the breakfast scrambler. Many rave about their catfish Fridays and half price burger Mondays. Most agree, pretty good deals and good. Love this little place.
