Overall great place to visit. This was my second time coming for brunch, and i have not been disappointed. Service was great, food was great, and the ambiance puts the icing on the cake. The swing seats at the bar made this experience even more enjoyable. The bartender staff was great! Shoutout Jill she took care of us and was very attentive. If you’re into hookahs and unlimited mimosas ,this is your place to go. Great music, and was able to enjoy the football game. Can’t forget about the fried whole red snapper and grits???????????? Highly recommend.
I checked out Boogalou for their Ladies Night special, led by the promise of free drinks and valet service. While the "free drinks" turned out to be limited to one house martini, I took advantage of the happy hour and enjoyed a delicious margarita. The mozzarella sticks and wings were highlights, living up to my taste expectations. Additionally, the attentive service from my server added to the positive experience. Despite the slight hiccup with the drinks, I left satisfied and would consider returning.
My son suggested this place for Mother’s Day brunch and I was so impressed. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was on-point. I had the seafood omelette with grits and a lobster tail on the side and the glass of strawberry mimosas just topped it off. My son had the seafood omelette & grits as well along with chicken wings and French toast. He boasted about the chicken wings were fried perfectly and French toast was delicious. The food portions were so much that I needed a to-go box. For my first time, I really enjoyed myself.
Thank you ????????❤️
Had a great table in the front by Young Joc & the fact they have swings for seats at the bar is unique. The experience itself was TERRIBLE. We got seated & waited 30 minutes until we had to find a server smh . The attitudes from the waiters were unnecessary & very unprofessional . They didn’t bother to do much work/service. Drinks were weak & I got top shelf , only got wings to eat due to lack of service. Waited forever to get the wings & was turned off. Long story short, I rate this lounge a 2 1/2 out of 5 .
Met some friends from out of town here, also my 1st time here for Saturday Brunch. The atmosphere screamed 'A GOOD TIME' will be had ..... And did, LOL!!!!
It was a party of 8 and the waitress was awesome and full of energy. It was like having Brunch at the Club in the daytime, lol. They ID and Bag check at door.
There is food to be eaten, Hookah to be smoked, Dancing to be twerked, and a DJ spinning. The bar seats are swings. There are approximately 3 or 4 individual restrooms, love that.
Full transparency, the food was so-so. It's not the best, not the worst, there is room for improvement! Now don't get me wrong we ate because we were hungry and ain't nobody wasting money like that.
We ordered the Seafood Omelet with Hash browns and the Red Velvet Waffle and Wings. I must say, NEVER have had Red Velvet waffles without Cream Cheese, the syrup did not hit.
If it's a group of 4 or more, get the Bottomless Mimosa. Also there is 18% gratuity added. And close parking is VERY LIMITED unless you are paying to valet.
My niece celebrated her 31st birthday here. They have very limited parking, if you can find street parking use the parking meter machine. Someone issued me a parking ticket. ???? I used information on the posted sign, disputing now. Their parking is $20. We had reservations at 8p. They sat us quickly. Dj was decent, he did a great job hyping up the birthday girls. They are very expensive! Hookah was $45 and the hookah girl could only take tap payments. Hubby ordered one drink, it was only a half a cup for $18!!! Still mad. The Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls were dry, Meat not seasoned. Shrimp was good, everything else was just okay. They give you ice water and cups for free. The swings at the bar are really cute.
Their site says there's a dress code but we saw tons of women and men that didn't have to comply with it. They need to remove it if they aren't going to inforce it. They add 18% gratuity. Feels more like a club than a restaurant. I won't go back but my niece and some of her freinds liked it.
Eh, I'm not impressed for a Saturday day brunch. To start, the parking options sucks! They're literally charging $20 valet to park right in front of the restaurant, or you have to find street parking, which is also limited. I ordered the waffles, which taste like frozen store bought. I hated the fact that the tables were so close that you might as well join in on the conversations and share food with the guest next to you. Also, not everyone enjoys having hookahs blown in their face...I feel like there should be a separate area for that. The service was good...well at least our waitress was. The food was ok, nothing special but definitely over priced for the taste. Lastly, please renovate the swings at the bar...its just not a good look. They are torn and worn out. Not a list of places I'll revisit.
Parking: Extremely limited free street parking. Limited meter street parking. The venue charged $40-$60 to park on-site (at 4p, which is not peak)
Entry: at 4p on a Sunday, entry was $10 for women, $20 for men.
Food: n/a
Drinks: Topnotch. Our bartender was Alexandria and we walked out feeling niiice. Her Long Islands are amazing! and she’s attentive. Drinks prices were average. They did add an automatic gratuity (which was the amount I would have tipped anyway)
Atmosphere: was the turnup scene. I did like the swing seats
