So to start, there was a 20min wait after making reservations. These things happen, but annoying nonetheless. Service was a bit slower then normal restaurants, but I've experienced worse. The manager and staff did their best and did a very admirable job of fixing the issue I will discuss soon, so staff was fine. Myself and other family members where eating there for a bday celebration. We weren't advised if the happy hr menu per say and had about 15 min to get drinks from. While waiting as well as waiting for silverware, we watched the cake we bought for the bday taken to another table with candles lit. Never seen this before and after witnessing the candles being blown out by the waitress, the cake was no longer wanted. Long story short, manager made huge comps on the bill along with gift cards and apologized. This made this easier to swallow. Food was eh, bang bang shrimp and ahi tuna was legit. Overall, go at your own risk.
Phenomenal, clearly describes this establishment!! Our server Ashley is worthy of that definition too!! I regret not taking photos but it was somewhat chaotic. We got to meet more staff members than expected due to spillage caused by Lori (the birthday girl this month), she was talking with her hands and forgot about the fabulous drink ???? sitting directly in her face ????. Big kudos, the staff was excellent in the cleanup! Now to the wonderful food, mine was scallops and shrimp scampi. Melanie had lobster stuffed shrimp. Along the table I saw steaks, Mac and cheese with bacon. Forgot to mention appetizers pot stickers, crab imperial dip with tortilla chips. Martini drinkers were asking for refills too, I don't see that too often with our group so I'm assuming they were delicious. If you have the chance you really should try Bonefish Grill in Newtown Square.
Overall a pleasant experience, service was a bit slow despite there not being many tables but the food was tasty and a good portion. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the restaurant was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
I started with the lump crab soup it was very good then I had the parmesan crusted trout it was awesome, my wife had the chicken and shrimp and said it was very good, daughter had a crab cake dinner and said she enjoyed it very much, the staff is very friendly and efficient. I think Chef Ramsey said it best, keep your menu small and make everything perfect.
Wonderful experience. Our waitress Katrina was awesome. Loved the pace of dinner. The pineapple glazed shrimp were amazing minus the macadamia nuts ????. The manager came to check in on plus and even cleared our table. Best location I've been to yet.
Karina the server is by far one of the best. She was very friendly. I’m asking for her every time I return.

Not my favorite experience but not the worst. The food was okay, some of it was less seasoned than I prefer. We had quite a few dishes but nothing wowed us. I had to drown my steak in s&p because it was bland but afterwards it was fine. Cooked perfectly (I prefer medium). The imperial dip was bland too; I prefer homemade tho. The bang bang shrimp and the saucy shrimp were both delicious ????.. customer service was pretty good (minor complaints but nothing worth mentioning here). I had the red sangria which is AMAZING. The rest of my party had the white, which was pretty ???? to me and my mom..lol my mom tasted my red sangria and had to order it also. We went on a Sunday @4pm, fairly empty and quiet.
First time at Bonefish Grill was a beautiful experience the food was so good and our server was so professional and nice. I would vist again and recommend others to come there as well.
