This was my second time dining at this Bonefish location and both times, I had a positive experience. The hostess that seated us greeted us warmly and promptly provided us with a highchair for our little one. Our waiter Craig was friendly and attentive. He was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions regarding the dishes. The food was tasty and satisfying, however, my husband and both I noticed that the portions of our mashed potatoes were much smaller this time. I would also say my seafood stuffed cod could have used more seafood filling. Since it was my birthday, I received a brownie and ice cream, which I appreciated. The brownie was so soft and delicious. Overall, my experience was a good one and I would return to this location again.
All the food was amazing!! The Crab fries with bang bang sauce was so good. The bang bang sauce gave it a great kick. The blackberry sangria was to die for. The Cod Imperial was delicious. The cheeses and the Lemon caper butter on the cod just made it so mouth watering. It was cooked perfectly. Tempura Crunch Sashimi Tuna was a great cold appetizer. Just delicious. I was stuffed but seeing the cheesecake on another table I had to try it. So glad I did because it was delicious! The Key lime cake my friend had was huge!

It's a nice restaurant with, a good menu, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. We came here for my wife's birthday dinner and we had a nice time. I love the bang-bang shrimp, and I recommend it to anyone visiting the restaurant. Thanks for the birthday cake, my wife loved it.
So mixed emotions tonight. I think one of north Wilmington’s best kept secrets is out. Place was crowded but moved along well. No issues getting seated in a decent amount of time. The Chilean sea bass is phenomenal and always cooked to perfection. Since inception, we have never had a bad meal here. Service is excellent, quality of food is excellent, menu choices as well. Lenny was our server and ranks up there with the best! Drinks especially smoked old fashion done right.
We were greeted with very friendly and welcoming staff immediately. Our sever was Marcus and was extremely attentive yet, NOT overwhelming. Our appetizers came out promptly. In fact they came out so fast that we were still deciding on our entrée. The food was excellent ????! Very well seasoned and the temperature was perfect. Not so hot that you can't eat it right away....and still warm enough that you didn't have to eat it right away. Just perfect!
Lauren Was One of the Best waitresses I ever had she made sure she kept checking on our table and made sure our food came out Hot and Ready Thank You Lauren Your A Blessing!! The Food Was Off The Chain You MUST TRY the Bang Bang Shrimps They Are the Best Shrimps I've ever Tasted ! The Blackened Baja Fish Tacos Were also good the mango amplified the taste ???? and the crushed Pineapple Martini Was delicious! Also must Try The Bang Bang Tacos They Were Awesome! the Keylime cake was tasty moist and soft. The Atmosphere was very welcoming and calm They had battery powered candles on the table which Made My Experience Sooo Much Worth It! If you get a chance check this restaurant out It 100% worth it !!
The food, drinks, and service was incredible. I highly recommend stopping by if you've never been. Our server (Alex? I think?) was incredibly friendly and helpful and put up with an unexpected large group well. The muscle appetizer was my personal favorite of the night, but the bang bang shrimp, lobstertail, sashimi, imperial dip.. everything is worth trying.
My wife and I ate here for our wedding anniversary. The service was prompt and the staff polite, even though it was super busy. The grouper they had as a special was fantastic, and my wife’s steak was cooked perfectly. Sides and dessert were also delicious. The bar serves some tasty local beer, typical domestics, and good cocktails. All in all great experience, we look forward to eating here again.
