Best WLM Reviews

Loved the food, didn't like how our food came out one plate at a time. We are a party of 6 and wife and I waited while everyone else ate. Staff was warm and friendly.
Everything tasted bad, bulgogi was sitting in a pool of salty water. Even the white rice was salted but the manager refused to fix anything.. to make matters worse they charge a convenience fee to order pickup from their own website. We're getting this refunded because this restaurant refuses to even answer the phone now to make this right.
I don't know what happened to this shop but the food authenticity went downhill to the point where your home cooked frozen food will taste better than this. The fries portion was like someone ate a bunch then they bring you the leftovers ,takoyaki looks like it was scorched earth balls and the chicken strips weren't even crispy. Whoever the owner is please get back your original chefs. I can't imagine this shop will be open for long with this decline in quality.
This location needs some work. We have always wanted to try this place and the location hours on the door state 9PM. Yesterday we tried to get there at 8:47 and all the lights were off. Today we tried to get there earlier and arrived at 8:25 and the door was locked. The lady said they are closed and the manager likes to close early if it is slow. She also said on Wednesdays they change the oil so they decided to do it during operating hours because she closed the restaurant early.
Don’t waste your time coming to this location or ordering online anytime after 8 because the manager likes to close this location earliest than the posted times on the door and the order deadline on delivery service apps.
We just moved into town and ordered from here since BonChon is our favorite restaurant where we lived. I particularly always get the chicken katsu since that is my absolute favorite meal. I have never seen a more inedible looking and tasting chicken katsu ever. We also got fried chicken which looks and tastes like it was just cooked and tossed in sauce (and definitely not double-fried like advertised), so a complete disappointment. We used to always get several sides of rice as we love sticky rice and were gravely disappointed with that as well. It was a fluffier basmati style rice which is fine but not what we were expecting or what was advertised.
The service was horrible. Got my bulgogi 20 mins before the family, it tasted OK. The noncrispy wings came out and they for got the 2 order of fries. Got my one order of fries just to find out the forgot the second. They dumped a bunch pf parm and called it the day. I been to a few of these and the service and food are always great its just this location. I'll be back to Bonchon but not this one.
Had a good experience! The food came out fast and the service was great. The wings and drums were amazing. Perfectly cooked. Only con is they only offer 2 flavors. The noodle soup was ok.
So we were out shopping around Black Friday, and we didn't have time to prepare a meal at home, so we had to try and find something good to eat in the Waterford area. This place had been on our radar for a few years, actually, but we just never made it in. Well, this was our night. We wander in, get seated, and get started.
So we order a couple of starters.
Shrimp Shumai (Steamed or fried shrimp dumplings drizzled with honey dijon dressing). Very good! We got them fried, per our server's recommendation. There weren't huge pieces of shrimp, but the flavor was perfuse throughout the dumpling. Not too oily. I was a fan.
Takoyaki (Fried octopus dumplings drizzled with Japanese mayonnaise, katsu sauce and sprinkled with bonito flakes). This was super interesting. The fritter itself was lovely, with huge chunks of meat in there, and they weren't too chewy. The Japanese mayo just goes good on Everything. And the bonito flakes added a fun texture.
Ok, enough fluff. Onto the main event. The Korean Fried Chicken wings (Served with a complimentary side of pickled radish or coleslaw). We got the Half & Half Combo (wings and drums). So we got both flavors, Soy Garlic & Spicy.
Yelp, I gotta tell you, I found the best chicken wings in Orlando. I know there are great wing joints out there, but they are not as good as these wings were. These huge, juicy wings were as crispy as crispy could be. And they were sauced so perfectly. Not too little, not too much. Of course, some of the people reading this might think that any of the spicy sauce might be too much. It wasn't ridiculously spicy, but it lingered.
The radish helped cool things down a bit. But seriously, I don't think I've been anywhere better for wings. Go check this place out.
