Jim was so helpful and kind, very quick and efficient, and very reasonably priced. I had a non insurance covered damage and he took care of me. I will definitely be returning. He did exactly what he said he would and was helpful with something extra. Have previously used safelite. Will just use Bonwill in the future.
I'm convinced the reviews are paid actors. These people are the greediest most money hungry business I have EVER encountered. Car was towed and before they even got to the tow yard I called asking how much would it be to get it out $200.. $200 when it hasn't even made it to the tow yard yet? Fine whatever. Get there and of course my tired was flat and as they were rushing me out the gate because "closing time is 5" I asked if they could just tow me outside of the gate, they said yes for $80... BUT here's the kicker they said I could leave it OVERNIGHT FOR ONLY $25??? How does that even make sense. Left it over night and came back next day asked if they could air up my tire for me so I could just drive it down the road again they said for $80... $80 TO AIR UP A TIRE... SERIOUSLY?? Are there not anymore decent human beings that care about others or is all that matters is money?? I've never encountered anything like this. INSANITY.
Great guy with great service! I couldn’t get my windshield replaced quickly enough with others but he was able to accommodate me in less than 24 hours.
Our rear right truck window shattered for no reason so when we got back from vacation Bon-will glass replaced it for us and was very reasonable as well as very friendly.i recommend him.AAA
