Best WLM Reviews

Had a great Indian lunch after an exciting Niagara viewing. The place was warm and cozy with buffet options of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. I would've rated five if the rice was a little softer, otherwise the food was good.
Chef Kulbir from Punjab, staff Neeraj, Dilawar and team were very efficient. Food was authentic punjabi. We had samosas, mixed variety in veg and non veg dishes. Naan were perfectly made. Gulab jamun & kheer were to die for. They even fulfilled our jain dish request for our friend. Clean & hygienic place to eat. Next time we will surely have breakfast which they are proudly serving but we missed in this trip. Keep it up! ????????
Tried so many places in niagara. But this was the best one. Great service and the food was really fresh. Vegetarian options were really good.
We had the worst food and service experience at this place.
We went to place and ordered chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani and Chilly Chicken.
We waited more than one hour and got the food.
Food quality was pathetic, pls refer pictures ( of course you cannot taste ????).
It’s too pricey, poor food quality, poor packaging and bad service.
In my opinion for Indian food, explore buffalo downtown, avoid this place.
Waste of money.
I recently dined at Bombay Palace in Niagara Falls and was thoroughly impressed. The Saag Paneer and Dal Makhani were exceptional, bursting with authentic flavors. The tandoor naan was freshly baked, hot, and delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a satisfying meal. I’m delighted I chose this restaurant for lunch and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
I recently dined at Bombay Palace and ordered the chicken biryani, which turned out to be a highly disappointing experience. The dish had a noticeably off-putting, light rotten smell that immediately raised concerns about its freshness. It was quite evident from both the taste and texture that the food was either frozen and then heated or re-heated from the previous day. Moreover, the butter chicken was equally disappointing. There are no much items for the price ($22).
I raised the concern and the bearer said it's freshly made, which is not at true. I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure fresher and better-prepared meals in the future. I will not recommend the restaurant and I don't agree with the way they reply to the reviews.
The food was so good! Our server wasn't quite sure what "vegan" entailed, but *asked* politely, and was eager to point out the vegan options, and the gluten-free options to meet our party's needs. The music was great. I should point out that we ordered from the menu (it looks like it's usually predominantly a buffet, but that was not the case that day, which worked out great for us).
Combination of terrible customer service and the evident use of frozen, reheated food. None of the dishes were a proper adult meal, all kids meal quantity. Chutneys weren’t served with South Indian dishes, when requested, had to wait for additional 10 minutes for it to arrive. Even though I could taste the bitterness in chai and could easily tell it wasn’t freshly made from the weird aroma, I was expecting it to be served hot. When requested to microwave it, the server argued saying it’s hot because they had pre-made it some time ago. Seriously?
