Lou Malnati's is an absolute gem in the Chicago deep dish pizza scene! As Canadians visiting for a national men's hockey tournament, we were blown away by the incredible pizza served here. From the first bite, it was evident that each pie was made with precision and care, leaving us wanting more. A special shoutout to the manager, Scott, whose meticulous attention ensured that our order was nothing short of exquisite. Lou Malnati's, with its delicious pizzas and exceptional service, made our dinner experience truly memorable. Will recommend not only the Malnati brand but this location specifically! Wonderful! ???? Delicious! ???? Great service! ???? ordered a medium "Chicago Classic" by phone. Pizza was ready on time and HOT! Bolingbrook is carry-out only, no dining inside. (Also has catering) We have ordered from here several times and our pizza's have always been great! This strip mall is easy to enter and exit.
This is a carryout only location, but that's okay because you can enjoy a deep dish (or tasty thin crust) pizza in the comfort of your own home--send a frozen Chicago style to your relatives! Their house salad is awesome and the cheesy bread is a favorite of ours. Lou's never disappoints.
The manager, Gil Aguilar, helped us through a very frustrating experience with door dash. He went above and beyond in multiple ways to make up for an error of Doordash’s. He is a true professional and you can tell he really takes what he does seriously and care for his customers. And of course.. I love Lou Malnati’s pizza. I recommend the deep dish Lou!
First time trying Chicago deep dish pizza, spinach and cheeses, delivery, it was ok. I don’t have high expectation, but I have better pizza. It tasted plain, more tomato, and crust was ok.
So disappointed in the $43 Lou’s pizza that was just delivered tonight from the Bolingbrook store. I was so looking forward to this after a day of fasting for a medical procedure. Damn! I ordered the pizza to be cooked “well done” expecting a crispy charred crust. Nope. What was supposed to be a well done and crispy pizza order came as a limp soggy crust except for the very edges. Toppings slid right off.
Last time they screwed up my order, too. At least this time, they prepared the pizza with the correct toppings.
Lou Malnati’s is a very good pizza and I like it a lot. It’s just this store seems to not pay attention to their online order requests. Two orders, two screwups. And with delivery, there’s really nothing I can do except review.
I was there to purchase 2 frozen pizzas before my 5 hour drive home. I was in the restaurant less than 2 minutes. Everything went smoothly and quickly, the young lady that rang me up was very nice.
