Incredibly disappointed when after visiting 2 other hair supply stores and coming here since their website said open to find out from a lady standing outside they are closed every Monday! Doesn't state is on the website or store.

Not much to choose from in products they basically just carry a lot of hair and is overly pricey, i can't see myself visiting again or giving my service. The staff there is nice and helpful very professional.
I've been buying my hair from elloras for years never had an issue. I recently went to try the drip bars clothing. I am plus size I spent over $80 dollars and nothing fit when I went home to try my purchases on . I went back to return the items as you could at any other store to come to find out I could only get in store credit also only on the "drip bar side " they stated . Which I found very inconvenient. I started to look for more clothes to exchange the previous things I have bought to go home try them on to find they don't fit again . I bring them back a second time to get told I can only do in store credit again . It would of been easier to get my money back. Being plus size and trying to buy clothes is hard enough. Felt very discouraging to continue to shop there . There are no dressing rooms so it hard to see what fits and doesn't. keep in mind of their ( no exchange /no returns policy) as I was told it was new .

Wonderful staff, they special ordered a handbag for my wife all custom leatherwork at an amazing price. They do hair extensions so its a 1 stop beauty shop. My wife fell in love with it the minute she got in. The prices are very reasonable for everything they carry, you wont be disappointed.
I love this store and all the products. The owner ellora is a very sweet and wonderful person. May God continue to bless her and what she is doing for her community and st cloud mn.
