I ordered food for delivery. Easy order. Sausage biscuits and fries. Delivery took 5 min. The fries are so cold it seems they were taken from freezer straight to carton. Sausage just as cold. Does this place not cook their food before delivery? Will not order from this chain again
They informed me that my chicken sandwich was made at 9:30 am it is now 11:30 I Sked for a fresh they stated they could not do that so I asked for a refund. The person at the drive through shut the window and then talked about me with the other employees and made me just sit there . So I left they kept my money and I did get my sandwich. I called back to tell the manager and since I paid for the sandwich to please give it to someone else who orders that sandwich. Even though I live across the street I will never go there again it's not the first time I have gotten poor customer service or bad food from there it's just the first time I have complained
If you want the best spicy fried chicken with all the fixins, there’s no better place than Bojangles. They must have a pressure cooker with a deep fryer to cook the chicken. I don’t even like breast, but even the breast is juicy and tender. It has to be a pressure cooker that they’re using. I especially like the beans, but I wish they had collard greens.
Showed up at 0555 to grab breakfast for my coworkers and I. The sign and lights on drive thru menu were off. As I was driving away, I saw an employee walk outside and I asked when they opened. He told me that they were, in fact, open. I then drove back around to the drive thru menu, waited a minute and then a lady came on to tell me it would be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes after posted business hours they would be prepared to open!! I wonder what the owner thinks about this mismanagement on their dime.
At times their business can be hard and their hand can be old. But then at other times the best you could ever win. You just got a pick which time it is.
I'm not they're good. I love their hand biscuits as long as they're both around.
I live in the new development near this location and we use to go often for breakfast. The wait time to give an order in the drive thru is 5+ minutes w one ahead of you another big thing is please check your RECEIPTS they tried to charge me $28 for 3 single breakfast biscuits. The older woman at the window is very rude and short w business both at the window & while taking your order. People got out of their cars returning food at the drive thru window based on how it was made, the same customer service given to me I’m guessing was given to them as well. If they had better service, customers would feel comfortable spending more money on food rather than being over charged for attitude and canceling orders. Bojangles has always had good food that feeds the family but definitely need to find better quality employees.
I went to the drive thru asked for a 3 pc got home and had 2 tenders and a biscuit. It was to late to return it. So pissed off it went in the trash. Teach those teenager's customer service PLEASE!!!
Dinning room is closed and help in the drive thru was rude to say the least. The fries are always way over salted to the point of inedible. Needles to say I don't go here very often and the parking lot is usually next to empty so seems like not too many others are eating here either.it is expensive to eat here as well.
