The biscuit and dirty rice were excellent!however, I ordered white meat, like my ticket says, and was given dark (which was very good). The serving of slaw was very disappointing. It was tasty but the size of a garnish.
I have eaten there many times. Before it shut down and after it reopened. When it reopened. service, food, people was awesome but has went downhill the last few months. Got breakfast at 8:20am seems like it should be fresh but wasn't at all. Just got another chicken biscuit and it's so hard I can even bite it. It just crumbles the chicken is like rubber. Expect better when a chicken biscuit is almost $5.00 but the new sausage boberry biscuit is great. Almost lobby is closed because of no air conditioner and the lady at the drive thru come across the speaker and said I would have to wait a few minutes to order because they are short staffed. Same stuff happened at the previous bojangles before it shut down....Step up management or it won't make it !!!
Food was fresh but it seems like 9 out 10 times we come to this location something is missing from our orders. In the beginning we thought it was because of a new crew but now I don't know what the issue is. I've worked fast food and I know it can be hectic, but almost every time we come here something is missing. We've started checking the bag while we are at the window (extending the wait times) just to be sure everything is there. It's a hassle that shouldn't be happening this often.
I ordered a freshly cooked grilled chicken sandwich, and this has happened to me multiple times: I got a sandwich covered in an extremely dark brown liquid, extremely salty. I thought they were putting soy sauce on it, but they said not. It was so salty you could hardly stand to eat it, I doubt it was freshly cooked. The salty liquid was to soften the meat. The iced tea is okay. The other day I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit. It was horribly greasy and not well cooked. I guess I'll just have to give up on them.
I love bojangles but I was very dissatisfied today. It was not busy, there were no cars in the drive thru behind us but after waiting for some fresh Bo-rounds we asked for some mayonnaise from the attendant and she said we would have to come inside to get it. Even McDonald’s has better service than that! Then once I was inside I had to deal with the same unpleasant woman again. Good biscuits but awful service.
Management is pointless. The workers were better at customer service. The biscuits were raw on 2 biscuits and the other 2 were cut so weird you couldn't hold them. The manager hands me 4 biscuits, barely wrapped, in a ripped bag. When I went in to bring this to their attention. I was talking to the workers and the manager stops the girl to yell at her. Then I ask if there is a different manager and the woman comes out and proceeds to stand at the opposite end of the counter and told me to bring it there. Even though it was already on the counter 5 feet from her. I told her she could walk over there the same as I could and it would be more to pick up the items that I was trying to show her how they came out of the bag. She literally stood there and pointed. So, i brought them to her, but not how they were. She proceeds with an attitude. She gives me my money back after making me go get the receipt. Even though I was the last and only transaction within this 5 min. I recommend closing it back down because it will be run back into the ground with management like this.
It's Friday night at 8pm. I tried to order 2 chicken breasts and was told " we are out of white meat for the night". How is this location out of white meat " for the night"? Is it because even though you do not close until 10pm that no one wants to cook any more white meat tonight?
I went through drive thru and heard employees private conversation while I was TRYING to place my order. All I wanted was a biscuit. She said what else? I said that is all, politely for the 2nd time. She said I don't know who she's yelling at!!!!! First off, I never raised my voice. I drove up to the window and told them I didn't appreciate hearing their personal conversation while trying to place my order and told them to keep their biscuit. I will never go back there EVER!
