Ladies just standing around on their freaking phones. The customer stood at the register and the female cashier employee never spoke to him. Neither did she speak to me until I spoke. Her phone was more important... It is a shame that Customer Service sucks the way it does. Even the so-called mature/older generation cares how customers are treated. Was never asked to eat in or to go, she assumed I was leaving, so I did just that ..
There was a young man that helped me out and because of him, I gave a star. Other than that, it would have been a 0 if I could. By the time I did the review, my food was already cold. Had to warm up in Pilot's microwave...smh
The signs on their own door says they close at 10pm. They locked the doors at 9:15 so they could mop and cleanup. They only left drive through and DoorDash that cost more money open. The night manager should be fired for being lazy so they can run out the door at closing time instead of serving customers until the actual posted closing time. This is absurd…
When in at 8:45 they said they close at 9 the door say 10:00.The lady at the register look like she could bite your head off. She didn't want to wait on nobody her attitude was terrible. We got our food to go it look like it should be put in the trash can instead of giving it to people to eat.
Thwy don't want to do their job! Just stand around in a circle and talk. Then when you ask for service after standing there for 30 mins they give you a giant attitude and poison your food. Not 20 mins after eating I was in the bathroom releasing everything I just ate there!!! Don't eat here ever, infact I hope pilot kicks them out and gets something else
I see why there's a sign on the Pilot door telling drivers to please not include Bojangles in their review... Service was fast and friendly. The food was average. Only real issue was my wife's order. We always order an "egg platter" or at least that's how I order it. It always comes with eggs, sausage, grits, and a biscuit. This location said that's not a menu item. So I had to order everything as a side so it came in little side boats. Whatever.... This stop was out of necessity not by choice. We got our bellies filled is all that really matters I guess.
The service was terrible. We politely asked for our food to be cooked fresh, which immediately caused attitude from our servers.
My wait wasn't long, but the food was dry and burnt and the BoBerry Biscuit is hard as a rock. I can't believe I paid $6 for this. The only reason i gave it two stars was because the staff was very polite.
When I order a biscuts and gravy from here, I would EXPECT it to be like every other BoJangles....already cut gravy on top and in a little container....NOT THIS PLACE.....they wrap the biscuts, put the gravy in a small container...THROW it in the bag, and to top it all off.....THROW YOUR BAG AT YOU ON THE COUNTER!!! OH, AND HERE'S THE BEST PART.....I thought she was going to keel over because she had to get me butter and jelly!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!! THIS is what they expect me to put my biscuts and gravy in!! ????????????????
