My family comes to this location basically anytime we want fried chicken because the chicken is pretty darn good. The wait times are pretty long unfortunately, but the last time my family was here they gave us extra as compensation for taking so long! Overall this is definitely one of the better places to get food in this area.
Delicious chicken, sweet staff, always love Bojangles. Hub had Mac n cheese, green beans, and I had mashed and gravy. Yum
Just left after waiting almost 40 minutes for my food because they gave it to someone else. Only to get home and my order was STILL wrong. However what made matters worse is the fact the food was cold, fries were over seasoned so they couldn't be eaten, and the green beans were inedible because they tasted like smoke. A big NEVER AGAIN for me.
Only positive was the cashier trying to help me once she realized they messed up.
So I don't know the employee's name but I can tell you she didn't care about organizing the order that was requested It seems like attitude was getting worse and dismissive. 15-20 wait on leg and thighs I mean dang I get it if you're short staff but lesson learned no longer going to Bojangles in Grove Town
If I had the option to leave zero stars I would.
We Visited this location this morning a steak and cheese biscuit meal and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit instead of receiving the correct order we received two steak biscuits. We didn’t notice the mess up until we got home however couldn’t go back to the location because we didn’t have a receipt on top of all that I had to wait 10 minutes because they said they were working on the bacon egg and cheese Biscuit. When I got home I took a bite of the Borounds and it tasted like it’s been sitting there for days.
The southern hospitality is an actual thing. The staff was nice, very home like/ family like personalities. The food was good. Chicken is spicy, but not too bad.
My mother-in-law said the chicken sandwich was way spicier than the chicken(like legs, thighs and etc. The fries were great. They're slimmer than steak fries with some type of seasoning on them and they were amazing.
Omg and those biscuits ????... I smelled them 1st and they smelled like maple syrup or maybe cinnamon ???? I added the honey and the biscuit was complete. My husband watched my face in just complete bliss. The biscuit was soft, with a hint of sweetness, the mash potatoes and gravy was super good too. If you haven't had Bojangles... Go get some today????????????
Always come here. Get the same thing every time, a Cajun chicken biscuit with cheese, a boberry biscuit, and a drink. Recently someone new got hired named Jaz that decided to mock one of my friends, like I can’t hear. right behind us! then got quiet when I did. I already didn’t like how she was tryna rush me while taking my order but ended up moving to fast for herself bc she wasn’t even getting my order right. That sandwich is the only thing I know on the menu ???? whatever she gave me the first time goes to show she can’t pay attention. But regardless Don’t mess w my fam, they important to me and I stayed respectful to you the whole time. It wasn’t no need for that. love the staff I usually meet there, didn’t appreciate this. This happened just yesterday.
Staff are poorly trained. Whoever the managers are needs to learn how to train their young staff and it be some girl's with they're long nails and hair with no hair nets that be handing the food out. Orders take forever and some days they don't have chicken. Like, they can say, " We don't have dark meat or we don't have white meat". LIke what? Why are you even open then?
