Great experience EVERY time I come here. They have never once missed the mark on a single item I've ever ordered and the staff don't act like I'm putting them out by just being there. I fly into Richmond quite frequently and always make it a point to stop. Yall set the example for what any dining experience should be.
Haven’t had there food in awhile but not sure what type of white meat I paid for cause it definitely wasn’t white
It's a very narrow entrance. It seems like they forget people's food or serve old/cold fries a lot. Many people from drive thru kept coming back inside to get sauce, food, etc. They had forgotten the fries to my combo as well, but I already left.
I tried their new twisted cinnamon sticks and it wasn't that good, as it was undercooked. They should have a sauce to go with it as its dry as well.
I also had their chicken sandwiches and I would pass on it next time. Fries are good when they're fresh though. The Mac and cheese was alright, nothing spectacular.
Update: if I could give them zero Stars I would .Do not go after 8pm they will give you anything. The staff is playing while one of the employees kids were running all through the dining rm area. I requested my food to be cooked when I ordered and stated that I would wait. What a disappointment never again I waisted $10 for a rubbery chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been warmed in the microwave it had Mayo on one side no pickle on it and it was awful. I like chicken so I always order the 3 wing dinner. Sometimes I purchase it early in the morning so I can have it for lunch and yes they also serve breakfast all day. If you like barbecue you need to try their barbecue sandwich two for $5 it's really good
Would be great if there weren't 5 employees standing outside smoking cigs with a drive through lane that was stacked. Then forgot straws and my side because it would've been 2 mins. Girl at drive through was impressive. But the manager had no business being in charge
I heard from my God sister, who’s in love with Bo’Berry biscuits that Bojangles has a pulled pork sandwich ????! I had to try it because The Cook Out has gone downhill. Let me tell YOU…..from now on go to Bo-J not Cook Out. They have a great pulled pork recipe for a fast food chain!
I never asked her name, was too hungry to see if there was a name tag, however her customer service was amazing! Thank you for the second time of serving me and my family. You are so awesome and the reason I keep coming back. Wheelchair bound or not!
Around closing time, chicken was not great. But I tried it again during lunchtime, and food was so much better ????
