Food is good and consistent. Staff are marginally polite but often distracted. Biscuit and gravy very good, but they need to have their gravy much warmer and be a bit more generous with it. Chicken and steak biscuits are great.
Was in the area for a hotel stay and decided to try Bojangles. We don’t have any where I’m from and had previously watched a YouTube review that rated the chicken sandwiches pretty high, so I gave it a try. Yep! Pretty dang tasty. Very crispy with just a bit of spice. The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself was clean. It was a good experience and a good sandwich and I’ll stop by on my next stay!
Good place to stop for a breakfast biscuit. Right off the highway, easy and easy out. Have never been there for lunch or dinner but they're breakfast biscuits are really good with lots of options.
This location has always been pretty good. Yesterday’s experience, not so much. My husband and I both ordered the 3 pc supremes combo w/ no drinks. We were still charged for the drinks. Our biscuits were the flattest I’ve ever seen, not good. One of the supremes my husband received in his combo was the smallest supreme, more like a chicken nugget. The cashier was not kind at all, didn’t say a word to us when we pulled up to the window. It’s the little things that mean a lot and want customers to return, yesterday’s visit makes me not want to return to this location.
Apparently they have no sliced ham so I got thin ham shavings on my biscuits. It would had been nice information so I could have changed my order. Very unsatisfied
Not to mention the salt intake on them and my Bo rounds.
This visit was different than my last one (November) to say the least. My last one had 1 star. They got my order wrong, missing items, took a long time, and the manager even gave attitude about issues that I experienced.

I'm traveling and this place was near the hotel. I'm not sure what bojangles is but the pictures of the chicken sandwich looked good. So we gave it a try.
Our food was cold and fries hard as rock and cold. Way over seasoned. Fries were un eat able.
The chicken sandwich was good but was cold.
Great experience! We were greeted so warmly by the cashier, Fred. He was so kind and friendly. Our chicken biscuits were delicious! The restaurant was very clean.
