I used the mobile app to order curb-side. Arrived to this location only for them not to answer the phone (which is what I was instructed to do by the app). After several attempts to call with no success I decided to go to the drive thru window to pick up. Mind you it's 26 degrees with a wind-chill of 11. Thinking this would be the best option with all things considered. NOPE was told I had to come in and pick-up. How hard was it for someone to grab the order with my name on it and hand it out the window? Apparently they need to work on customer service.
Ordered online, parked in designated area.
Called 3 times. Lobby was packed so I went through the drive thru and asked if I could get my order that way, told her i could go park in that area again, but wanted to let someone know i was there for my order since i couldnt get someone on the phone. Lady was super rude and I tried to say I had already been waiting 45+ minutes, but she just ignored me and talked to the customer ahead of me about me being ridiculous trying to go through the drive thru for my online order.
I normally try to be understanding with a service area, but she was just rude from the beginning and didnt really need to talk about me to other customers. I know the inside was busy, but I also ordered online for a reason and just wanted my food without getting out of my car, which they hadn't even started cooking yet.
I love going to this Bo Jangles. Normally if you go early in the morning around 5-6am you’ll get fresh food. Today I went around 7:40am and they pretty much gave me scraps. I ordered a #9 4 count. THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME IT IS NOT A FULL TENDER. This isn't a joke. If I’m getting charged for 4 tenders don’t give me a little sad nugget and try to pass it off as a full tender. They definitely ration their food during the day time or are just to lazy to make more tenders. Other than that the workers are always so nice and the inside is always clean.
Went through here this morning 02/28/2024 at 7:19 am. Was given the wrong drink and when I pointed this out to the lady she tells me I gotta keep it!! I have nowhere to put this drink. It is a large when I ordered a regular. I explained this to her and she tells me I’m sorry I cannot take this back and when I push the matter she gets angry and tells me that she’s not going to give me my food now and then I need to leave, I questioned if she charged my account and if so I needed to get a refund. She hand me my card back and says no I did not when I get home and check my account. Yes they did charge me and it is pending in my bank account I will never do business here again.
Chopped up pieces of chicken, dry, and tough. The biscuits were crunchy, hard, and extremely dry. Overpriced. The green beans were the best part of this Chicken Dinner. No
I went to order at the drive through and when I was ordering the cashier said my total but I was not done ordering. I also asked for jelly for my biscuits and did not get any.
Does not participate in the Bojangles chicken sandwich is what they told me. Do not ask them if they do, just order it from the app and do curbside and they will bring it out to you . They also need some improvement on the way they talk to their consumers but unfortunately the food tastes amazing so I have to give at least 3 stars.
The food was hot and delicious ????. The macaroni and cheese is awesome and the chicken tenders are delicious as well with some honey mustard ????.
