My husband and I stopped at this Bojangles on our way home from the beach. This was a bad decision as this was the worse Bojangles experience that we've ever had. We ordered an 8pc family meal to go. There were 2 people in front of us and you would have thought that you had a line as long as Cox's army in there with the confusion going on behind the counter. I had to wait 10 min for them to take my order and when I was finally waited on I asked for HOT chicken and sides. What I got was far from being hot. When the guy was taking up the dirty rice I asked him to please give me fresh rice, he ignored my request and was scraping the rice from the bottom of the container. The chicken as well as the sides were anything but hot. I got a call back from what I assumed was the owner or manager advising me they would send me a coupon to replace what I had spent on that meal and to date NOTHING, we have not received anything from this owner so I can that tells you a lot about the entire facility. If the owner isn't as good as his word how can you expect any better from the employees. I would love to have been able to give this Bojangles a zero. I plan on contacting corporate office because this a very poor reflection on a normally good fast food resturant chain.
I have one question to the management /ownership: is it the new standard to stand at the register with your hand in your pants ? This is what I walked into not an hour ago. Your response is greatly appreciated. Just so you’re clear this the Foster’s location on 29 on 5/23/24 an hour ago. I walked out in disgust and disbelief
I have been a patron of this establishment since it opened. But since the new management took over, it is not nearly the same service. I attributed it to growing pains in the beginning but enough time has passed. In the beginning they struggled with acquiring good help, for the most part they seem to have a handle on that now. But out of the last 6 visits there, they were out of chicken at 12:15 pm to 12:30. "Lunchtime" and I was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I had to grab something from McDonalds next door.
They had sold out of fries and BoRounds. On the prior visits I did dine there, the ice maker was not working, the tea dispenser leaked and are regularly low on napkins. The quality of the food is although not what it was, it is decent. The the service is adequate. But the repetitive lack of food and drink is by now unacceptable!
The past several times we have been to this particular Bojangles ( Rustburg) different things have happened, such as, they are very unprofessional/rude staff (the morning crew), our orders are usually wrong, and the food is not good (burnt, cold, hard biscuits). Yes I know that one visit they could be having a bad day but these negative things have happened each time we've come back to this store.
A great sandwich at a great price. Drive through service was a little slow at peak hours, and they managed to change my diet coke to a sweet tea and I was already on the road before I realized it, but the help was very friendly. They were also out of pimento cheese. I will try again to see if they were just off that day.
This particular one always has problems getting orders right. Be sure to ask them to read it back to you and listen VERY carefully because the person using the headset is usually the same lady and she does not get our order right ever and is too busy doing other things to talk to people in the drive thru. If you take too long she'll make you drive around anyway. We avoid going here as of late because the service is so poor.
My supervisor gets dinner here frequently on the way home from a job site. The friendliness from the drive thru is incredible. The food always smells good. If I lived closer, I would certainly visit here more often.
Dried up chicken.. place dead. 2 cars in lot lol. Didn't get what I ordered. Soda machine blowing up. Only had 2 types of sodas. Rest broken. The boy boxing our 3 dinners must have downs. Took 45 minutes.. never again.. rather eat bologna sandwiches..
