Be careful if you're going to order from Bojangles online. This is the second time in a row that I paid extra for the breast and wing dinner meal, yet I received thigh and leg. If you see the picture, I included the receipt which clearly states white meat chicken, not dark. They're not paying attention to the order and just giving you what's cheaper instead of what you paid for.
Fast friendly service. The bird dog is pretty good. It's worth the money. It's a Bojangles.
Fast, courteous service, order was correct even though they use this new Artificial Intelligence voice command ordering now at drive thru. Of course it's operated by a human still, just a computer voice. It's weird but the new way. I got breakfast, light Biscuit w egg & cheese combo w bo rounds & a large light ice sweet tea. Those bo rounds were so hot & fresh! Yummy.
Biscuit was light & fluffy as they have Biscuit makers on site making them fresh everyday, in case you didn't know. As well as the sweet tea. There's always someone whom specializes in making the tea. This is why I LOVE ❤️ Southern sweet tea. I come to Bojangles just for the sweet tea most days. I love the fall down in the sugar sweet southern tea. Most places around just aren't sweet enough. You can get unsweetened tea as well don't worry.
They are known for their chicken so make sure you get a chicken Biscuit and don't forget the Bo berry biscuits for dessert too.
I love when I see the huge blow up "Bo Sheriff" sitting out front at this location in summer it makes me laugh & wanna pull in for some Bo chicken & Bo sweet tea! I've been going to Bojangles for 2 decades now & never disappointed.
You gotta go Herr if you've never been. They have great lunch boxes & dinner too!

I try any biscuits I can looking for that flaky buttery taste this is not that place it was hard crunchy and dry the bacon tasted like it sat in old grease all morning , it was to dry so I asked for syrup they didn’t have any they did have honey which i added but it didn’t help much at all !!! The egg was fine but the point of coming to a fast food place known for their biscuits is to enjoy what the hype was all about and this was a total let down … McDonald’s biscuits are better .. but the best I’ve tried are for fast food Hardee’s and for restaurant ten fold
The staff was super friendly! However, my fiancé ordered a regular fried chicken sandwich and was given a spicy one and due to stomach problems she cannot eat spicy food. My son said his grilled
chicken sandwich was stringy. Our fries had so much seasoning on them they were hard to eat. And the sweet tea was basically sweet water. The best thing we got was the rice and macaroni and cheese that we had to turn around after getting 3 minutes down the road to go back and silverware because they didn’t put any in the bag. This was our first experience at a bojangles because we don’t have them at home and I am okay with that because it definitely isn’t somewhere we would go again.
I had never had bojangles until this visit. The person at the drive through was professional and pleasant and the food was great!
Ordered biscuit and gravy, found hair on top in the middle of the biscuits. Went to get a refund the manager had on a button down shirt with all of his long gray chest hairs exposed. No one wore hair nets or hats. Female cashier at the window was rude; after handing us our food, my daughter said thank you. She didn't reply, she just closed the window.
I personally found this better than chick Fila in my opinion. It was Great, definitely recommend ????
