I went into the Summerville Bojangles about 9 pm tonight for a 3 piece leg & thighs and seasoned fries.There was no prepared food,20 minutes wait time on bone in Chicken as I waited I observed the gentleman in back handling the chicken in a bag without gloves,the manager vaping as she returned into the store from giving a parked car their order, employees rubbing their hair on their head,no gloves nor hand washing,serving mashed potatoes into a bowl without using utensils,they used another bowl to scoop and dump into customers bowls and the same method was used for gravy.
After 22 mins of waiting for the chicken they placed it into a go box then told me I have a 7 minute wait Time for fries. I asked the young Lady if I heard correctly about the wait Time? She stated they were understaffed,so I asked if my chicken was going to sit in that opened box and get cold waiting on the fries,she then took my box from the food table and tossed it under the warming table and took the manager around the corner like no one could hear what was said. The manager said she doesn't even care about what I had to say or what I said about the fries should have been dropped right before the Chicken was done.
It's clear you guys don't care, it's obvious!
I'm in your store every day,even yesterday when it was so thick you could hardly breathe from the smell of smoke coming from the serving table that burnt from running it dry.
So you don't care,then my rating shouldn't bother you at all,
I would hope this store can do better in the near future.

Don't work here if u want any kind of respect from your general manager. Kristy is probably the worst general manager I've ever had. The blatant disrespect I received from her was actually insane. She also let's employees that have stole money from the store safe continue to work there to this day, and she takes breaks out when u didn't even take one!
The food just doesn't taste as good as it used to ? You can taste that the oil they cook it in is used way to many times . Macaroni and slaw def had some age to it. Service want bad but all you could hear when the window opened was foul language between workers about another worker? Will not return to this location to eat again.
Every time I have ever gone here the food is dry and it tastes like it stays old. My bow rounds are always burnt hard and overcooked. Today I went and got a breakfast biscuit bacon egg and cheese, food was cold, the biscuit itself is also burnt hard as a rock, the bacon is stringy old and very fatty. And it looks as if they had no eggs except for maybe one and decided to split it in half and just throw half of the egg on the sandwich as you will see in the picture. The soda tasted like it needed the machine to be given new syrup. Someone should be checking that also when working in a place like this. It's quite upsetting to spend as much money as I do because Bojangles is not cheap, and for the food to just be complete and total trash.
Other than that, the service that I received from the staff was fine, I did however only go through drive-thru I have never stepped foot once in this Bojangles I have only used the drive-thru.
I'm sorry to give a bad review but...I got a chicken filet combo at the drive thru. Well, the biscuit was piping hot but the chicken was overcooked and the biscuit was undercooked. After one bite the whole thing fell apart and the chicken tasted different, like it was fried, then dipped in tobasco sauce, didn't have that inside spiciness like before. And the bo rounds tasted kinda greasy. But hey, the coffee was great! Maybe I'll give ya'll another shot later on.
This is absolutely the worst restaurant that I believe I've ever been to I was told it would take 5 minutes to have my order ready after setting their 20 minutes I went back to the window asked about my order and they had gave it to someone else an acted like they had never even seen me customer service is horrible and these people think they're worth more than minimum wage it's hard for me to believe I will never be back there and will tell everyone I know stay away and the only reason I'm giving a one-star is there's not a zero
Pls pls I rendered when there was just a cinnamon drizzled biscuit and it wasn’t blueberry and it was so good. I miss it :,)
Only the best place for breakfast. Wish we had one in centre Al.
