We stopped on a 400 mile drive to get a snack. So we stopped here and got some of their round hash brown potatoes. We got a large order and it was a lot of food. These are some of the best potatoes I've ever had. We came later at night so they had to make them fresh. Took a few minutes but was worth the wait.
We went a week before Christmas and the interior was fully engulfed in the season. Everything was nicely decorated, festive, and clean. Service was fast and friendly. Chicken was hot, tender, and juicy with just a touch of heat. They have their seasoning on sale 2 for $5.99, seemed like a good deal so I went for it. My only complaint were the biscuits. They were so hard we could send them to Ukraine to fight off the Russians. Plan on spending $12-$15 for 2 ppl here.

The wait time in store was excessive (12 minutes) for being the only customer in the store on a Friday night. I ordered the Cajun Filet biscuit and they really tried to finesse me and put a single chicken tender on a biscuit and send it. I went to the counter, such Karen I know, and asked them to fix it. At first they were "out of Cajun Filets until the truck came", but when I asked for a 2nd tender for my sandwich to be fair in portion, an old Cajun filet appeared. Likely the one someone looked at and said, "just put a tender on it instead of making it fresh".
Pretty wretched experience, honestly. First time eating here and the staff ran me off. Shame that the employees don't take a little pride in their work. They won't have a job there with no returning customers.
1 star for atmosphere. having the place to ourselves on a Friday night was eerily nice.
The chicken was not bad, just not my favorite. The biscuits were large and tasty. The staff member that took my order was friendly and professional. Dinning area was clean.
The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I waited 20 mins for my food, when the lady brought it out, she was rude, the order was missing things, I said it was, she then was mad I made her go get what I was missing. Once she brought it, no sorry, or apology for messing it up to start with, nothing was said. She basically threw it at me and walked away! Stay classy Corbin
The two ladies working the counter and drive-through window are friendly and nice to talk to, the staff are doing a good job cooking the food and taking care of the store and guests. Keep up the good work Even with the low amount staff.
I love their chicken. Always fresh and hot. All their sides are delicious.Great customer service for a fast food restaurant.The cashier's are friendly and helpful if you have questions about their menu. I wished Bojangles was in Ohio.
I don't normally eat biscuits but theirs are good and the sweet potato pies are delicious
