Great Technicians! Good Prices Especially for specializing in BMW. The owner Chris is great and his Staff is so friendly. I would recommend this place for all your BMW needs.
Had a problem, they got me in the same day. Fixed the issues I had at low cost and are very friendly. If I could rate them over 5 stars I would. They saved me time and money. This is now my go to repair shop for my BMW. I appreciate them so much!!!!
Man my 2007 328xi was in bad shape. Now it feels like I'm driving a new car. These guys are 100% professional. They only do quality work. This place is a needle in a hay stack. Will definitely be back if I need more work.
Horribleeee took my bmw up here to fix a drive shaft. He told me I needed to fix my transmission cause it was damaged by the broken drive shaft. My transmission had no leaks and no hesitation moving gears. So I picks my car up and the engines ticking like crazy ( he never said he touched anything on my engine( so why would it start ticking after he fixed my car. I had my car towed back up there to him after paying him $1100.00 he keeps my car 4 days then tell me he gave me an oil change and I owe him 100. He never even called me to ask me if I was ok paying for the repair. U never fix a car then tell someone they owe u. Courtesy is to find the issue consult with customers and make sure that they r OK with fees or if they want u to fix it.
Then he gets upset and tell me to take my keys he's done with me.. I think he takes advantage of women. I honestly think they either switched or tampered with my engine cause why would it be ticking and my engine is sitting lopsided now.. smdh
This place did an awesome job fixing my car. The owner Chris was so polite and professional. He let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it in a timely manner. Im so glad we found this place.!
Big Chris and Bodywerks ARE THE BEST!!! They have very good mechanics, Wes and Freddie and company go out of their way to not only make sure the job is done right but that you are TREATED LIKE FAMILY!!! (A BODYWERKS TRADITION THAT IS PERSONIFIED BY THE EXPERTISE OF BIG CHRIS, ALONG WITH HIS EPIC TRADITION OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!) I , retired Detroit Fire Chief Anthony (Tony) Braceful, have known Chris for 23 YEARS and I WILL NOT LET ANYONE WORK ON MY CARS EXCEPT BODYWERKS, THATS why I have purchased 5 BMW’s from Bodywerks, and I’ll NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Dropped my car off on a Tuesday here it is Monday almost a week and they haven’t even looked at my car. Beyond unprofessional
Update: Received a call from Chris regarding my 328i BMW and he has updated me the status of my car and was extremely apologetic. I did not keep in mind COVID is still here and staff may have decreased.. I’m a business woman So that is true regarding workers. Thank you Chris!!!!!
