Super craftsmanship and customer service. Previous I took my van to a major chain auto body repair shop. I just did not have a good feeling . I saw Body Shop of El Cajon on the internet and took my van there... It was an entirely different experience ! They were friendly professional and polite.
I plan on making them my "go to body shop" for any future repair needs.
They do terrific work.
These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Johnny and his crew are the nicest, professional, courteous, reliable, affordable and all around great group. I had picked this shop due to ALL the 5 star reviews from everyone and it’s a real winner.
I had taken my Honda Civic for an insurance claim; bumper completely tore off along with the linings and such. It took about a week and some change for me to get my car back but it was worth the wait! The bumper looks incredible. I could not believe they were able to match the exact color since it’s a dark metallic blue - sometimes it looks black. I was completely speechless. They even cleaned my car and headlights! I love these guys and will absolutely come back to them if i need any more body work done.
Thank you Johnny and crew for my bumper and trying to help me find new door panels. You guys are the best! 10/10 would recommend.
I took my Ford Ranger in to get most of my front end repaired after a recent accident. Within 2 days, I had my truck back looking as good as new! The employees were very friendly, professional, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be returning! The pics with the black new hood are the after pics.
These guys were efficient, thorough, and 100% honest.
My vehicle had a back bumper that needed to be replaced, and because I was leaving town I was on a tight schedule. Johnny took the time calling multiple dealers to find the part and location that could get it here for an expedited delivery. He got my vehicle fixed ASAP!
He only charged me after the job was finished. I came back to a clean car with a virtually unnoticeable repair job. He treated me as more than a customer, I felt like it was getting the friends and family treatment. AS GOOD AS NEW.

I’ve had my fair share of trips to the auto body shop, and my experience at the Body Shop of El Cajon was easily my best experience so far. The reasons are fundamental. First, the person I interfaced with (Johnny) is notably kind. He made me feel welcome and instilled hope that the vehicle would be completely restored. Second, the pricing was reasonable. Thirdly, and above all, the work was flawless. The crew also went above and beyond and detailed the car when they were done. Moreover, the turn around time was fast! I’d give this place 10 starts if it was an option!
Great work from these guys! Had some work done a bit ago and these guys really made everything simple and easy, whole process for my car took about a week, fully communicated and respected the entire process, even went as far as dropping my car off to me when I couldn’t pick it up!
Johnny was so great. I was calling around to get some shop to touch up paint my bmw, and he was honest and up front with me. He said that they don’t usually do touch ups, but if I wanted to bring the paint in from BMW he would see if he can help me out. The poor guy was willing to spend an hour with me and try to help me touch up the small scratches on my car, and at the end he didn’t even ask for a dime.
Seriously, it’s hard to find this in todays world. He was really really awesome thanks so much Johnny!
I came here for a quote for repairs to my Honda.
This shop seemed to be busy, everybody hard at work, which lended credence to their 5 star rating. I showed up early for my appointment, but was still seen right away.
I had many questions, which were all answered in detail, and I wasn't rushed.
Everyone their was very knowledgeable, and eager to help. I look forward to having my repairs done at this shop.
