I've included before and after pictures of the Damage Done. I live in an apartment complex and the Swinging gate closed as I was going through caught my rear passenger door handle and bent it backwards to the point that it stretched the door metal and almost ripped the handle off. I was able to set up a time to bring in my vehicle after I sent them pictures. They were able to provide a partial estimate based on the pictures that I sent which was great and they were able to let me know that they could fix it without me having to waste a trip down there. Miss Karen is extremely courteous and very helpful and so bubbly. It's nice to see someone who seems happy with what they do. They provided me video via email describing the issues that they found during the repairs and provided updated estimates. I was extremely pleased with the outcome as you can see in my pictures the door looks good as new. I will definitely consider contacting this place should anything happen again and would definitely recommend anyone who needs body work to give these folks a call. The price was very reasonable and I feel like they gave me the best bang for my buck
The service was amazing. Karen was such a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through every step of the repairs. The work done to my 2008 dodge magnum was second to none. Can’t tell you how pleased I am, I highly recommend this business.
Great professional body shop with excellent service that does very detailed work. Karen and her team are amazing. I have had all 3 of my cars worked on there and will highly recommend them.
Took my Hyundai Sonata in for a rear bumper fix and they explained everything that needed to be done. Gave a very reasonable estimate. Karen was such a pleasure to work with. She explained everything in detail, sent pictures and videos. Got my car exactly when they said and the work exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus, they washed my car inside and out!! I was so excited (mom car) y’all know how our cars get with towing kids and their friends everywhere. Their warranty last for as long as you own the vehicle they worked on. I highly recommend Body Shop Inc!
Love Karen! Been going to see her quite a few years now. All the cars I have brought to The Body Shop have come back just beautiful! You can not even tell it was bumped, bruised or crashed.
Probably the best Body Shop in the Spring/Woodlands area. Karen is super friendly and very professional! Great communication, great price on my repair. My vehicle looks and drives amazing. These guys are my new First Choice.
There are 2 business characteristics you want at the top of your list when it comes to getting any kind of work done to your vehicle:
1) Customer Service/Communication - This. You will be communicating back and forth for whatever the reasons may be and Karen does an amazing job listening you out and addressing all of your concerns. I live an hour away from The Body Shop Inc and work during their open business hours. If necessary, they will work with your schedule the best they can--I don't make it a habit, but they have accommodated me each time and never rushed me out the door.
2) End Result/Outcome - If you care about how well the vehicle is put back together and how long the workmanship will last, their work is beyond excellent. The panel alignments are perfect; in fact, some panels were put back together better than whoever did the previous work on my car. The paint... smooth, shiny, even, and matches in all kinds of light sources.
They go over their COMPLETE work with you and have photo-documentation if you request it. Karen would always contact me if a change to the work is needed or if she thinks there's a better route to take, and especially if the suggested time-frame changes. Karen and her magical wizards in the back take their time to make sure you receive what you came for and will deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.
(Some credibility for my review.. I do extensive vehicle detailing from wet-sanding, compounding, and polishing... I used to strip and re-work vehicle interiors for a living) Bottom line, if I can't do it myself, I'd only take it here. Thank you Body Shop Inc!!
This place is absolutely fantastic. My family and I have been customers for almost ten years now and we have never been disappointed by the quality of work. I am pretty picky about body/paint work and notice flaws quite easily. These guys are amazing! Their work and customer service is top grade and their prices are very reasonable. They are even better than the dealerships! I won't go anywhere else even though I moved far away. They are seriously that good at what they do. A+ Quality.
